I have upgraded from a 7 year old 50" Plasma to this 65" LED UHD TV. The qualities most apparent are the clarity, color separation, excellent blacks, light weight and easy to use Smart remote control.

This TV is great. Picture clarity and color is wonderful. Sound is better than I expected since I was told the sound on the new technical TV's was not very good. Even with my hearing problem I still find the sound more than adequate.

Great picture. Love it. Easy to navigate. No glare on screen from window. I am so happy I chose this TV

This tv is phenomenal! The picture is amazing and the smartness of the tv is so cool. Voice activated remote! Yes! It was so easy to set up also. Just plug in and turn on. It connects to everything on its own.

Great tv. Best picture you could get. Almost like you are there. My 2 dogs bark when dogs on the tv bark.Smart internet app is also another great feature. Purchased a keyboard w mouse and use it everyday to check weather and Facebook

Best Buy has the best ever sales people! I received an hour of help, advice and selection of my new TV. And I was totallyclueless about what all features are involved with the setups these days. I haven’t purchased a new TV in17 years. No other store offers this kind of personal assistance. Plus I got a better price than anyone...even Amazon. When I got home with my new TV, I called Geek Squad and I was set up and running in 45 minutes...even with my new Bluetooth speaker bar. I’m loving the quality of this system so much, I’m rewatching all my favorite movies!

My new Samsung TV is just what I wanted. The picture is wonderful. The 65" size fits my room perfectly. The set up was so easy. It recognized my satellite receiver and my DVD player instantly. I love it.

I really really enjoy this television. It comes with a very good picture out of the box. No calibration needed. I tried looking at a few calibration videos and all of the settings looked worse than what came standard with the television. I am impressed. I was impressed that the remote control that came with the TV controls my cable box with the same functions as my cable remote but with less buttons. Paying extra to have no cords showing was worth it.

Sold t.v.s before Samsung is the best go and compare you will see.. Best Buy doesn't have samsung on there shirt for no reason. I know what to buy but this T.V. was a good price and wasn't the oldest model like most other businesses do.. Great picture and very fast and easy to Use..... Sweet microphone talk controller a bonus and dont have to plug everything into the back of the t.v. thanks to samsungs seperate box that comes with t.v.

This TV is amazing...I watch a lot of documentaries and it’s crazy the picture this TV puts out. It is mounted on my wall with a full motion mount. Great for sports, gaming, blu ray and looks good with local channels. This was by far one of the best purchases I’ve made. The few issues I’ve had. Which one is not the TVs fault but I feel as if it needs to be mentioned. The arc hook up from the TV to the sound bar sucks, it is confusing to get the sound bar discoverable to the TV and a pain. But I figured it after messing around with different options. What happened was that the sound bar is put in default mode and it makes it non discoverable so I had to hold a sequence of buttons on the sound bar to get it out of default mode. Once done, the TV picked up the sound bar. The other complain is with the arc as well, it has trouble remembering the fire stick that I have place in the TV and sometimes does not want to turn on. The fire stick that is, the far stick is plugged in so it is not dead. At first with the TV it worked every time but as time as passed it has gotten worse. But I still managed to get it to work. Overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I have this TV in my vacation home. It's better than the smart TV I have in my main residence. This TV combines an outstanding picture with smart features. I like that I can watch cable TV, Netflix, Hulu, and various other streaming services, as well as through the internet, I can watch my local news and weather when I'm away from home.

The picture quality is stunning. It isn't an OLED or QLED, but it is fantastic for a premium UHD experience. The reason for 2 stars is that after 2 days of ownership the TV broke. I hope that this was just a fluke. Samsung came out and determined that the circuit board had failed resulting in a very weird picture (see attached). As of now, Samsung stated that it will take about 2 weeks for the part to come in and the repairman to come out and install the part.

65 " SAMSUNG 4K,UHD,WEB BROWSER, BEST BUY IN YEARS I NEVER THOUGHT THAT A 4K TV WOULD BE THAT MUCH BETTER THAN A 1080P ONE. BOY WAS I WRONG! THE GRAPHICS ARE AMAZING...THE SOUND IS SO GOOD YOU DON'T EVEN NEED A SOUNDBAR. AND NOW I SPEND MY TIME TALKING TO MY TV WITH MY ONE REMOTE. ALSO, MY PLAYSTATION HAS NEVER LOOKED BETTER..AND YES, IT WAS WORTH SPENDING THE EXTRA MONEY..WITH YOUTUBE, AMAZON, AND OTHERS STARTING TO STREAM 4K, AND MICROSOFT XBOX X 4K BLU-RAY PLAYER WILL KEEP YOU BUSY FOR YEARS. THIS IS THE BEST BUY I'VE DONE IN YEARS AND NOW MY TV IS FINALLY THE CENTERPIECE OF MY HOME AND MY LIVING ROOM!
