I’ve owned quite a few TVs over the years, and this Samsung has easily been my favorite purchase so far. The picture quality is outstanding—the colors are incredibly vibrant, blacks look deep, and everything from movies to sports and video games looks crisp and smooth. Even watching regular cable or older content, the upscaling does a great job of making everything look much sharper. One thing that really surprised me was how bright the screen gets. My living room has a lot of natural light, but glare hasn’t been an issue, and the picture still looks fantastic during the day. The Tizen smart interface is also quick and responsive. Apps like YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+ launch almost instantly, and navigating through the menus is simple. I’m primarily a gamer, and this TV has been amazing for my PS5 and PC. The low input lag, smooth motion, and 4K image quality make games feel much more immersive. Fast-paced games look fluid, and movies have a cinematic feel that honestly makes me want to watch more content than I used to. The design deserves some praise too. The thin bezels give it a premium look, and it fits perfectly in my living room. Setup only took about 15 minutes from unboxing to streaming my first show. Overall, Samsung knocked it out of the park with this TV. Between the excellent picture quality, fast smart features, sleek design, and gaming performance, I genuinely feel like I got an incredible value for the money. Love this TV. Its AI features are not overbearing but are accessible if you need or want them. The game mode is superb with lots of features and options. I love the remote for the TV, except for its size. It's small and can get lost sometimes, but that might just be my carelessness. Awesome, awesome TV!

Samsung’s QLED technology really stands out, making everything look sharp and immersive. The SamsungVision AI features are a great addition. The TV automatically adjusts brightness and picture settings based on the environment, which makes a noticeable difference throughout the day. The Tizen Smart TV platform is smooth, fast, and easy to navigate, with all the major apps readily available. Sound quality is also surprisingly good for a flat-screen TV, and the overall design is sleek and modern — it looks great in my living room. Setup was quick and straightforward, and the entire experience from purchase to installation was seamless. Great price and value. The picture quality and ease of setup was on point. I would recommend this TV. I also had the Geek Squad set up and install the TV with a wall mount. Last thing, I also had the Samsung sound bar installed.

Ok, so let me start by saying that I’m ok with the tv. But when I purchased this tv it was the only one in stock. I specifically kept asking if it was an open box because I didn’t want an open box and it wasn’t priced for open box. I saw the tape on the box and still was told it wasn’t an open box. I get the tv home and my friend came and we installed the tv. After installing there was no book, stand, or hardware in the box. Didn’t need the stand because it was mounted on the wall. So now we turned the tv on and it was signed in to an account. Like I said I’m ok with the tv but I feel the store misrepresented and overcharged me. Best Buy has been my choice for tv purchases for several years now but I may have to rethink this in the future.

This is the first new TV I have bought in 7 years. My last TV was a Samsung uhd and it has great features and quality. Buying this as an upgrade for our home was a great decision going up to a 65 from a 55 and swapping to a qled was a no brainer. The software and AI that has been added makes this TV very user friendly and intuitive.

This size Samsung TV fits perfectly in our living room. The picture quality is perfect. We are very pleased with the sound quality. And the remote control is very user friendly.

Having both a Q7N and this new Q8N I can immediately see the improvement of the higher model - better refresh and faster app response.

My Samsung 65" smart TV 2025 is easy to set up all of the TV control features, wonderful video and picture colors, very good on streaming movies. For the price on this TV you really can't go wrong.
