Best tv I have ever owned. Most people say, who needs an 8k tv? I say I do. Granted. There is little 8k content but You Tube has some to show just what this tv can do. When I’m not watching actual 8k, the upscaling on this tv is phenomenal. Black levels are better than my old Q90R. The light levels are brilliant. I had to tone down the gamma to reduce the brightness when setting it up. This tv gives you a great deal more to dial in this tv and it took a few days to get the adjustments where I wanted and don’t get me started on what my PS5 looks like. One thing the 8k deniers overlook is pixel count. 4k has 8 million 700 hundred thousand. 8k has 33 million. So yes it does look better than 4k. No regrets, I’d buy it again. I added the Q60 soundbar so I could get Q- Symphony. Sounds beautiful when my wife’s not home. My only beef is the change on the stand and didn’t give it the same one as the Q990f. The lack of a one connect box, and the remote. For the price you’d think they’d provide something that I couldn’t lose in a shirt pocket. Samsung, it is a 9 series tv, do better in the future.

The Samsung 65" QN900F Series for my opinion is the best invest that I've made. In addition to the main features, the unit also has anti-glare screen which makes a big difference for screen clarity.

Remote control does not work so went to store to get a replacement, however no OEM remote was available. I purchased a so called universal remote which did not allow me access very many features of the smart tv. I could not access apps such as Netflix. I called tech support which was a total waste of time. I was told it was under manufacturer's warranty and was not BB's problem. I am a Geek Squad member which seems to be a waste of time and money. BB's tech support personnel are overseas and hard to communicate with. So now I guess I will need to contact Samsung. Thanks Best Buy.

Kept randomly shutting off. Lost the ability to open Netflix two separate times. THE REMOTE HAS A NETFLIX BUTTON!! Tried all the forum recommendations because apparently this is a common issue. Nothing worked except factory reset. After the second time, I returned it the next day.
