I bought this Samsung 65 inch smart tv for my Husband to replace a 55 inch Samsung Curve tv that he really loved tha we purchased in 2017 but because of problems with the sound we had to replace it. The Samsung 65 inch smart tv was very easy to set up. The picture is clear and crisp. The sound is not as strong but was no problem because we just hooked up the speakers and it was good to go. Even older content looks much better thanks to the TV’s excellent upscaling. The Tizen Smart TV platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. for $328 this TV is great . Screen quality is great for movies or anything it is very bright and high resolution. The one thing is the actual interface is slow and sluggish and may have ads. But that’s an easy fix by using a 4k streamer like an Apple TV or a Roku. A streamer is a must for me personally the UI can not keep up but for the price it is great.

I love this tv. It is easy to set up and is user friendly. It’s easy to add apps and customize, especially with the Samsung app. I use this tv in a bright room with lots of windows. The picture quality is perfect for my needs. Even the built in speaker doesn’t sound bad at all. Samsung always makes a quality product so I trust the brand name.

Bought this to replace our old Sharp that finally died. Sharp was a smart TV also. How ever it was stupid compared to this Samsung. I'm old enough to remember having to get off the couch , cross the room and physically rotate the channel selector. Only had 4 stations and they all went off the air late night. Now I sit in my recliner and tell the TV what I want to watch. This TV is a wonderful fit in our family room. A state of the art TV sitting on a 150 year old hope chest family heirloom.My eyes aren't good enough to appreciate the quality and beauty of the picture on this TV. I was told that this is an entry level TV. If so, I can't imagine what the top tier TV is capable of. My wife and I are in our mid seventies and set it up our selves. We have kinda mastered the basics. Turn on and off ,switch channels and volume control. I hope we both live long enough to learn and use the features this TV has. With so many choices of TV's on the market , I chose Samsung due to the fact of how well my cell phones have performed over the last 20 years. Friends and family members tell me that I have finally come to my senses. Back to the TV. It is an attractive addition to our room. It has wonderful picture and sound. It was very reasonably priced. The process of purchasing online and picking up at my local Best Buy was simple. My only issue was the long wait to get checked out. There was myself and another gentleman were in line waiting while the 2 employees checked out 2 customers. Both employees looked like they were annoyed with having to wait on the customers. The female employee had a terrible expression on her face and stared off into space most of the time. I and the other gentleman were checked out by the male employee. He performed at the bare minimum to get us checked out. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this store and I have made many purchases over the years. The employee that brought my TV out to my SUV was wonderful. I had quite a bit of problems putting my seats into the position required to support TV properly to transport home. My first time I had to do anything with seats in 9 years of ownership. The young man was very patient with me. He was polite and offered to help any way he could. He is much more of an asset to Best Buy than the other 2 combined. Thank you for taking time to listening to me ramble. Bill

I purchased two of the Samsung 65’ flatscreens as shown 1/16 and so far they’ve been excellent. The set was pretty easy to connect them to wifi and add any additional applications that aren’t already programmed. The visual is great, I personally have not noticed a glair issue. The sound quality is good, I honestly do not have any complaints for either flatscreen. I’m happy with my choice

Love the size and quality of this picture out of the box. Phenomenal value and I highly recommend. I also love Best Buy pricing and financing options, too.

Excellent picture quality, auto setup for connected devices is very user friendly and simple, menu navigation can be a bit glitchy, and eARC sound bar connection took some more in depth adjustments to sync audio with video overall 4.5/5

Great picture and quality! Was looking for a TV for our outside gazebo and was worried the quality would not be as good outside. Hooked it up inside and it was amazing. When I brought it outside nothing changed. Love Samsung TV's and this is my 3rd and do not regret not to mention the Best buy price which was astoundingly low.

I went into Best Buy to get any 55” TV, walking into the store and on sale was this bad boy right here, so I did the next BEST thing, I up my sizing instantly Only my way back to my car, I then realise it was a reason why I was so specific about the size, it won’t fit, but it was for the BEST I bought this TV for my moms for Mother’s Day, she haven’t stop talking about the quality of her tv shows and movies, now I’m thinking about getting one for myself as well

Excellent picture. Easy setup and great price for I think a quality Tv. Paired it with a Samsung sound bar and sub woofer package and it’s awesome.

Great price for a good modern SMART TV. As advertised, bright 4K picture quality and easy UI. Easy to set up, great picture out of the box. Advanced features are harder to set up. Only 1 HDMI port. Easy to pair with my soundbar.

I like the TV, but my only concern is that sometimes it takes too long to switch between apps, but considering the size and display, it's worth the money.

I think it's an excellent TV as we use it everyday at first it was only for my man cave well I had to move it to the living room and the sales person gave us a great suggestion without it we wouldn't have even looked in the direction of the tv we we're looking for more expensive but he got us a cheaper but great choice so I gave a five stars for the tv and the best buy for helping us find the tv now family gatherings it's the center of awe as everyone compliments our tv friends family neighbors

This is by far the best TV we’ve ever owned. All the perks that come along with this purchase are just an added, plus! Picture is great, perfect size for the room it’s in and you can’t beat the sound and the price. I would definitely recommend this TV!
