Our old dryer of 25 years gave up the ghost so we did a god deal of research before settling n this one. Its numerous settings have proven most welcome. It is quiet and efficient. The wrinkle-free setting works very well. Even without the instruction manual, it would be easy to use as its use is highly intuitive for the user. Highly recommended.

Ordered this washer/dryer set mostly because I was tired of using my complex's laundry center, and I'm so glad I did. The set works great! The washer is big enough for even my biggest blankets and comforters, and the dryer does a great job of getting everything dry. The sensors are a little finicky, so I usually do timed drying; but a little rearranging also helps. My biggest (and really only) complaint is that the washer and dryer both have a "Done" chime that plays for about 20 seconds, and the only way to turn it off is to open the machine. A little inconvenient, but not a deal breaker for me.

It dries my clothes, no complaints there. I cannot just choose the settings the way I want the dryer to work, it’s limited to preset programming with very minor flexibility. The tumble drum is so dark that you can’t see much of what’s inside and there’s no light. I did get it a few hours before the sale ended. Just little things that didn’t cross my mind to check out.

This is an Excellent Basic model Samsung Dryer. Dries within the Hour and has a Moisture Sensor that leaves the Worries away. The Lint screen is a little fidgety but once you figure it out, it’s good. Bad thing - No interior Light so we placed it in a well-lit Laundry room. Otherwise, basic model that pairs well with our Samsung Washer.

So far so good. The lint catcher was strange at first but now I’m used to it. It’s taller than my last one and the door handle couldn’t be moved to the other side without an additional fee, which had to be paid before, which was not ever considered and too after the fact to do anything about. Frustrating. This wasn’t an issue on my last dryer but my old dryer door opened wider. This doesn’t open very wide so it is definitely something I will have to figure out how to adjust, on my own, at another time, and with another fee. I wish BB was wanting to perform a superior service and would care better for their loyal customers, instead of pushing off the responsibility onto me. I felt like the installer treated me like, “You deal with it. Not my problem.” As far as the dryer, it seems to run much longer, and the electronics don’t save to my old settings. So I have to engage my mind more every load. I used to turn on my old one and hit start. Now I have to hit power and select everything myself and then hit start. The buttons are right on top of each other so oftentimes I accidentally turn off the dryer instead of hitting start and then I have to input all of the settings all over again.

I have had the dryer for a month and have no complaints so far. It dries my clothes, sheets, and comforter pretty well. It’s also intuitive and pretty straightforward to use. Think it’s a good dryer for the price. The only qualm I have is the dryer lint trap could’ve been designed better, but not too big of a deal.

I purchased a Samsung washer and dryer set that works like a charm and fits my laundry area perfectly. I opted for the washer install package with parts. The first delivery did not go too well because it was determined that 2 of the numbers in my address were flipped so the first crew told me that could not deliver and I had to reschedule the install. The second crew that came a week later was great. I’ve been using the units for the past 2 weeks now and I can’t complain. My clothes are clean, the units are sleek, and they don’t make a lot of noice while running with is nice because I work from home and have opted to wash a load or two mid day. The dryer dries my clothes really fast and both the washer and dryer are really easy to use. All in all I would give the washer and dryer unit and the install service a 10 out of 10!!!

I was skeptical about buying Samsung appliances, but i have to say I am very happy with them so far. Quieter than other brands I have owned. Nice chime to remind you it done with its cycle and plenty of choices on water level, temp and wash time. no impeller so comforters and pillows fit!

Interior has nice capacity, but very disappointed that there isn't an interior light. In order to get a similar dryer, with interior light, i would have to spend $150 more, which is absolutely ridiculous.

The delivery was a smooth process and the dryer still works well. They also worked with me to get it delivered and installed

Excellent product, delivery was on time, it arrived very well protected and is super easy to use. 100% recommended. It looks perfect next to the washing machine, which is the same set. I would definitely buy it again in the future.

I love this dryer. Its is easy to use and does the job. Its not bulky like they use to be. It plays a little song when its done.

I love my Samsung Washer/Dryer set! Expert Installation was a breeze (took less than 30min), and the machines have been working great since I bought them. Both the washer and dryer are a great size (no center agitator, which means a lot of extra room), and everything comes out nice and clean, accompanied by a jaunty little tune to let you know that your laundry is finished. My family has repeatedly made fun of me for this, but I love my washer/dryer set so much that I’ve repeatedly sent them photos/videos of them to express just how much I love them (see below).

This was my first brand new dryer (and the accompany washer as a set) I purchased back in May 2023. I did my research, read reviews, and ended up buying the dryer (and washer) on sale for what I felt was an amazing deal! I was looking for something that fit within my budget, was easy to use, and would allow me to wash/dry my clothes. They were delivered exactly on time. I didn't realize how much could fit within the drum (both the dryer and washer)! However, I love that I can easily dry blankets, comforters, and pillows easily! I have dogs, and can dry all of their items in one load. You can also fit at least 2 regular size pillows, and they dry well on high heat. There are a variety of settings to fit your needs, and I liked that the dryer had different times/temperatures (e.g., low, medium, high heat) to use. I usually dry on medium heat for 20-40 minutes depending on the items. When the cycle ends, it plays music, which I love because I know it's done.
