I love my set and especially being able to have steam settings on the washer and dryer!

Purchased on very short noticed. The item was delivered and installed (Geek Squad) within the next day. It’s quite, convenient with the difference dry operations. I’ve had no regrets with this purchase. I also add a warranty.

Got the set, lowest cost in stock during holiday sale, and wondering why anyone would pay more for other machines when these do everything you possibly need. Good looking machines too. Bought for my son's new apt. They are taller and deeper than expected and that's good for him, bit of a stretch for me. He thinks the music alarm when finished is weird but I like it. Extremely happy with the purchase. Delivered inside & unpacked. Easy install (my niece & I did it).

This is the first brand new purchase of a washer and dryer set for me!! Up until know, I’ve always gotten 2nd hand/refurbished washers and dryers. Finally, mine stopped working in December. I purchased this set for the Steam cleaning options in both the washer and dryer!! I love the “true” eco setting... my old washer was an “eco” type.... however... I say these new models have a “truer” eco-mode!! Another feature I love is the moisture sensing detectors... with my last dryer, I had to dry my towels on high heat for two cycles... with this dryer, one cycle is good... however, there were a few damp spots... so I restarted the cycle and it would go for about 10-15 minutes and stop... my towels were completely dry!! I did get to use the steam cycle for wrinkle away... 20 minutes... my pants were no longer wet... just know that... because it’s only 20 minutes, the waistband may still be a little damp... but good enough to wear!! Samsung.... the way of the future!!!

Great dryer, easy to use with the my cycle feature which allows you to program your cycle. This feature is great because it is easy for my teen to dry her clothes without interrupting me.

It is definitely very efficient than our previous dry, my wife love the washer dryer set and especially being able to have steam settings on the washer and dryer.

Love this dryer and the steam feature for this to be my first dryer I must say samsung did a good job with the design since I also purchased the matching washer

There are a lot of settings to help to decide the temperature and the dryness. There is a light inside when you open the door which is nice. For some reason, my clothes are not as hot as my old dryer, they are dry but not hot when i take them out. Overall nice dryer for the price.

Definitely more efficient than our previous dry, we don't have to run multiple cycles to dry the same load of laundry anymore.

Since the dryer has a water connection for the steam drying, don’t try and dry your cloths while you are going to run the washer at the same time. The washer and dryer have to share the cold water line with a splitter. But when both machines are running the water is being pulled by the washer which cause it to also to get into the dryer. So running the dryer for a full hour at “very dry” “high heat” they still come out just was wet as they were when you first put them in.

I have had two of them both delivered to me. The first one I purchased worked great for a week and half then stopped working all together. I called they said we will send someone out to fix it because it would take so long to get the second one. This way I would have something to use until my new replacement came. So a delivery driver showed up a week later pushed a few buttons and then pulled it out a few inches, just looked at it and that yes it was not working but then proceeded to tell us that it must be a electric problem, I will get another dryer but if it doesn’t work, you will have to call an electrician. “ the problem is my husband is an electrician and my stepfather works as a line man for the power company. It’s nothing to do with electric because my 10 year old whirlpool dryer works fine in exact same spot next to my washer in my laundry room. So I get another one delivered a few weeks later, to replace the first one and this was delivered yesterday. This is the second one I have had just at a month time because it took a few weeks to get the first one replaced and this one doesn’t dry at all. It also looked used and looked like it had been taken apart . Now it’s been the first day of having it and I have ran it on high heat for two hours this evening and two hours this morning and with the same load and it is still wet and cold.

Dryer worked great until the barrel of the dryer cracked for no apparent reason.

What a great dryer! Extremely quite and really fast cycles. Love the steam option, as well as the damp dry option. Really big drum, can hold more than most dryers. My only wish is there was a shoe shelf that came with the dryer. Otherwise, no complaints on this fabulous machine!

We love this dryer. If you hate ironing then the steam feature will blow you away. I haven't used an iron since I got this. The drying feature works great and quick with minimal noise. We love the large capacity which can accommodate our large comforter.

My last dryer was a basic two knob type and was never really into these newer full featured models. This I found was a good balance of easy to use control panel, feature rich without going overboard. Very efficient in knowing the size of laundry load and adjusting amount of water. Still experimenting with all the other settings but very happy with it so far.

We looked at Maytag vs Samsung and Samsung seemed to win. I’ve never used their products but it rated very high and were quite pleased with it. My wife love it’s capacity and how quiet it is.

It is so quiet you don't know it is running, and the room in it is great. The same amount of clothes to make a full load in my old washer only fills this one half way.
