We had GE front load washer(purchased less than 3 months from another appliance company). The GE front load washer sounded like it was going to explode on the spin cycle (it sounded extremely unbalanced). We had called warranty technician a few times and they would put 6 towlels in and run the washer, ultimately they “could not duplicate” the issue and the noise was “well” within GE requirements. So we pivoted and took a leap on purchasing and replacing our brand new GE set with Samsung and we love the washer and dryer. Clothes come out looking clear, the washer is not noisy at all. Yes it makes some sounds but for me i can hear the water draining morw than anything else. Setting up smart thing app was incredibly easy for this tech challenged reviewer. We are still learning all the functionality features. So far this set is awesome! Bye GE forever and hello Samsung. Hopefully this set will last at least 7 years. We have only had the set about 1 week. The dryer has a little learning curve for the features. The first load we did the clothes were still a little damp. Then we noticed the Eco dry button and turned that off and adjusted thr dryness setting. So far seems to br working perfectly!

This Samsung dryer is huge . You can dry a huge load of laundry at a time and its smart dry technology is amazing . It dries a load of clothes in no time at all . And the steam feature helps tremendously in reducing or eliminating wrinkles In our laundry. Highly recommend this Samsung washer and dryer combo . We love ours

The Samsung dryer works great and does its job well, but my experience hasn’t been ideal. The unit arrived dented and scuffed straight out of the plastic wrap, which was shocking considering it’s supposed to be brand new. It clearly wasn’t caused by the delivery team — the damage came from the factory this way, which raises concerns about Samsung’s quality control. On top of that, Samsung’s phone customer service is very limited. When I tried to escalate my issue, I found out that the regular phone agents and their supervisors have the same level of authority, meaning they can’t actually resolve complex problems. This makes it frustrating when you’re trying to get real help for something beyond a basic troubleshooting script. It’s disappointing because the dryer itself performs well, but the overall experience—from factory handling to customer support—hasn’t matched the premium price tag.

The Samsung Dryer was a great buy for me and it looks nice in my new laundry room. Someday, I hope to update that older washing machine to get a match. I have not had any issues and I dont foresee any for the near future. Thanks to both Best Buy and Verizon for giving me that great gift card to help me purchase!

We are absolutely in love with this bundle. They look great and they work fantastic. With all the gimmicks it was a learning process but it does the job well.

Sensor works amazingly! Clothes are perfectly dry every time. No false dry sweetness when you slide on your jeans. It even has Wi-Fi, though we rarely use it. lol It will pop open if you load shoes without clothes, but that's a result of it's smooth, sleek design. simply respect it, and I feel it's going to last a long time.

Great dryer with smart features. It is simple to connect to your phone since the scanner is right on the machine! The best part of this feature is getting notified on your phone that the dryer is done. If you have your machines in the basement like I do, this saves you from going up and down needlessly! Nice looking machine and easy to use. I bought the matching washer and love them both.

I love it , order the gas but had to send it back now i have my complete set. I live the i ory and rose gold look

Works great, just make sure just have to make sure the kids tee the lint trap after every load. Ours got lazy and it’s harder to clean out than some. The refresh feature is great for if you forget to unload the clothes in time and they get a little bit wrinkly.

Great! It is the match to the washer I had, the wrinkles prevention is a life saver, I tend to for get about the load, but not as often now since it sends me notifications, and connects to my tv to tell me.

So far its been fabulous! However only been a few weeks. Dries fabulous. Clothes smell amazing. I dont like the lint trap but thats just me

This is an excellent dryer. Helped us discover that our dryer vent was clogged with the technology it has. Once we got the vent unclogged the dryer works even better!

It works very well, the ending song chime is long and annoying but you can turn that off. I do like light on the inside of the drum, it’s a cool white /blue. Not yellow. Love the color!

Purchased 9-15-24. Installed 9-21-24. Dryer ended up leaking causing water damage to home on 10-4-24!!! Need all cost for repairs reimbursed.
