So far this dryer has been flawless. The smart things app adds to the convenience and versatility of the dryer. Large capacity for bulky items. The display buttons and smart things integration makes it easy to use. If you need to pause the load to fold a few delicates but your talking to the neighbor on the porch you can pause with smart things app until you can get inside. Any setting to provide quick efficient drying time for each load

Love the look nois level, drying speed! One thing to note is I initially thought the dryer was faulty to find that the inside sensor just needed dusting!!! overall working very well, holds a lot nice big size.

I am very satisfied with this dryer. The dry time is fantastic. The overall performance of this dryer is excellent. The settings are easy to understand. I have it synched to my smart things app so i am alerted when the cycle is complete. I do highly recommend this dryer.

This is a beast of a dryer. The capacity is great really does save you time in the grand scheme of things as far as not having to do laundry as often. Only used the steam function once and I was half tempted to sit and watch how it worked but got bored and did something else. Ultimately chose this item due to the price more than the functionality of it. So the extra bells and whistles still getting used to. Few things that were inconsistent is the advertising description of the dryer was incorrect. It said there is no internal lighting when there is one. Also they try and get you to purchase the recommended installation equipment like the water hoses and 3 Way valve for the steam function and Samsung had already included that inside the dryer drum when it was delivered not sure if best buy is aware of that but think that should be made known. Also I think best buy had in the description that there's a lint indicator to alert you when it needs to be cleaned and there is no option for this exact dryer. I could be wrong on that just going off memory which was 2 months ago. All in all it's a great investment so far I love the innovation Samsung puts into their products and thankfully best buy was offering it at an irresistible price.

I purchased this dryer along with the matching washing machine, which is also a great machine. It has terrific, versatile features that suit all types of fabrics. The large capacity means you can do huge loads of laundry (which I usually do) and everything comes out dry and fluffy. I love the steam feature - haven't used it yet, but could have used it a dozen times on my old dryer!

Needed a new washer and dryer finally after quite a long time so we went into the store and these were perfect as far as look and size. The dryer works well and there are a lot of times where we say wow that dried quickly. Overall very happy.

We bought these 1.5 years ago and they are still working amazing. I love how large it is, perfect for a family of 7 with a lot of laundry and bedding.

I highly recommend this washer & dryer set! It seems to wash very aggressively getting everything very clean, yet it is not being noisy. The dryer seems to dry really well! Unless I’m using the remote/Wi-Fi feature incorrectly, I would love to be able to turn them on from the app while away; without me having to power them on before leaving the house. Sometimes there maybe a significant amount of time between when I leave and when I want to start the cycle while away.

Very quiet, easy to use! Easy to clean! would strongly recommend. There is so much room inside but the unit isn’t bulky!

I love this dryer! My old one was 20 years old. This one is super high tech.. it even has a light inside so you can see inside without opening the door. Dries quickly and efficiently. Oh, you can also pair your phone with her dryer to check your load. Pretty cool!

Love the large load. Very quite and easy to use. Can wash my king bedding.

Bought the dryer several weeks ago. It runs fairly quiet. Machine has a nice look. Good cycle choices. Dries faster than my old whirlpool. Wifi hooked up fast initially but did have to completely remove and reconnect machine after power went out. My only complaint on both the washer and dryer is the annoying chime to signal end of cycle. But u can turn it off. One other comment is I needed a door reversal, paid for it, and delivery men said they don’t do it?!?! Best Buy would NOT REFUND me the money. Only sent a gift card for the amount. And they were also a no show on the first delivery time. After being a loyal Best Buy customer I think the poor customer service is redirecting my business.

Excellent Dryer. Drys clothes evenly and quick. Fits a large load easily so you only have to run it once. Notifies me on my phone when the clothes is dry.

Had no issues so far, except with connecting the dryer to my app via WiFi, still not working but otherwise it's a great machine, the filter is easy to clean, and the Interface is very intuitive, and does not make a lot of noise. Great capacity!

I really love how large it is. I can wash my queen comforters, queen sheets the pillow cases and a few extra clothing in one load. I have it connected to my Alexa and she lets me know when the wash is completed.
