So far, so good. Feeling great about how my dryer has been operating. I also love the color & the gold trim design. The look is pretty sexy. It's very spacious and the sound is fairly quiet when operating as well. Lastly, I like how it plays a nice melody when it's finish. As for my washer, there were a few problems at the beginning. The machine wasn't dispensing the detergent and softener so we had to call for an exchange. When they delivered the new one, after one wash, the metal piece in bottom center of the tub came off. So far it appears the third exchange is a charm. The Tub is very deep. It also washes and wrings the clothes well and requires much less soap and softener. As for the customer service, I have to say, I was very please with their professionalism, and expedient exchange.

After 10yrs of having my Maytags the washer started skipping cycles so I opted to upgrade to this brand. This is my first set of Samsung washer/dryer. The photos online doesn’t do them justice. They are absolutely beautiful, the color is amazing with the rose gold trim. I love how large capacity this dryer has. Love all the settings and the SmartThings/Alexa connectivity. It dries my clothes very well and the cycles are not loud. I had Best Buy install and haul away my old ones. The delivery was seemless and the gentlemen that delivered and install were amazing. The connection on the back was cleanly and neatly installed with the stainless steal connections I purchased. They also ran a cycle on both to make sure everything worked correctly. So far I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service provided by Best Buy. My one complained is that the website erroneously stated a delivery date that was incorrect and I had to wait a little over a month to get them delivered. It was worth the wait!

So far it's been a real joy! No problems, plenty of capacity, clothes come out clean! The washer itself is classy to look at and the controls are responsive and accurate. Love the connection to our smart things app so everyone knows when their loads are done drying!

I absolutely love this dryer it does everything I need. I can even control it from my bedroom if I want to give it more time. Samsung is the best they know what the customer needs and wants. I 100% recommend buying this or other merchandize of Samsung. And best buy offer the best warranty too. Good job. Two thumbs up.

Always been a Samsung appliance fan had a set that lasted me 10yrs and it was time for upgrade so naturally I stayed with Samsung and dryer works well just like the old set and now I have WiFi notifications which are great hopefully I get another 10yrs!

Have had the dryer less than a month, so I cannot give a comprehensive review. Well-built washer. Extra Large capacity. Quiet. It seems to get the job done. Have growing pains getting used to it as this is the first Samsung dryer we have owned.

Love the way these units look, so far so good. We have a lot to learn, can’t wait to be able to start and stop these items from the app. Everything works well. We have had the washing machine longer than the dryer and it is pretty awesome. Hopefully the dryer is just as impressive! $1250 a piece is a little pricey, but we were able to save $300 a piece due to sales. So for $950 a piece, great value!

Works good looks cool quite and many different features

All my appliances are Samsung products and this one is awesome. The dryer replace my old LG and this one finishes a load in about 30 minutes even if it’s full to the top it’s also great and also it prevents wrinkles. The most clothes come out wrinkle free I would highly recommend it.

Decided to get the washer and dyer set when they were running a sale. Honestly really enjoy the quality of this product. The downside is it was slightly difficult to get the app connected but other than that its solid. I also love how quiet it is. Definitely recommend.

The performance on it is really good, dries clothes quickly and efficiently, definitely worth buying!

This replaced a 9 year old Samsung Dryer that was in the home we bought. We are happy to hear the same chimes going off on the new machine. It is wonderful. Easy to use and was easy to set up.
