Customer Ratings & Reviews

So far this dryer has been flawless. The smart things app adds to the convenience and versatility of the dryer. Large capacity for bulky items. The display buttons and smart things integration makes it easy to use. If you need to pause the load to fold a few delicates but your talking to the neighbor on the porch you can pause with smart things app until you can get inside. Any setting to provide quick efficient drying time for each load

Love the look nois level, drying speed! One thing to note is I initially thought the dryer was faulty to find that the inside sensor just needed dusting!!! overall working very well, holds a lot nice big size.

I am very satisfied with this dryer. The dry time is fantastic. The overall performance of this dryer is excellent. The settings are easy to understand. I have it synched to my smart things app so i am alerted when the cycle is complete. I do highly recommend this dryer.

I purchased this dryer along with the matching washing machine, which is also a great machine. It has terrific, versatile features that suit all types of fabrics. The large capacity means you can do huge loads of laundry (which I usually do) and everything comes out dry and fluffy. I love the steam feature - haven't used it yet, but could have used it a dozen times on my old dryer!

Needed a new washer and dryer finally after quite a long time so we went into the store and these were perfect as far as look and size. The dryer works well and there are a lot of times where we say wow that dried quickly. Overall very happy.

We bought these 1.5 years ago and they are still working amazing. I love how large it is, perfect for a family of 7 with a lot of laundry and bedding.

Very quiet, easy to use! Easy to clean! would strongly recommend. There is so much room inside but the unit isn’t bulky!

Great Product and easy to use! Looks great in the house

Big tub quite and easy to use. Love this dryer. Thanks Best Buy.

Love the large load. Very quite and easy to use. Can wash my king bedding.

Bought the dryer several weeks ago. It runs fairly quiet. Machine has a nice look. Good cycle choices. Dries faster than my old whirlpool. Wifi hooked up fast initially but did have to completely remove and reconnect machine after power went out. My only complaint on both the washer and dryer is the annoying chime to signal end of cycle. But u can turn it off. One other comment is I needed a door reversal, paid for it, and delivery men said they don’t do it?!?! Best Buy would NOT REFUND me the money. Only sent a gift card for the amount. And they were also a no show on the first delivery time. After being a loyal Best Buy customer I think the poor customer service is redirecting my business.

Excellent Dryer. Drys clothes evenly and quick. Fits a large load easily so you only have to run it once. Notifies me on my phone when the clothes is dry.

Dryer is quiet Works great Able to put large amount of clothes in one cycle

Quiet and works as promised. Installation was trouble-free.

This dryer is an absolute game-changer for anyone looking to streamline their laundry routine! With its lightning-fast drying times and reliable performance, this appliance has become an indispensable part of my household. One of the standout features of this dryer is its advanced moisture sensing technology, which ensures that clothes are dried to perfection without over-drying. This not only saves time but also helps prolong the life of my garments. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! It’s a must-have for anyone seeking fast, efficient, and high-quality drying results.

We had previously purchased the washing machine out of necessity. It was so difficult finding the matching dryer in stock since the items had been discontinued. We couldn’t be happier with this dryer. It’s not just classy and high tech, but it’s efficient and it gets the job done. It’s smart and does more than is even necessary for the average household. My only complaint is the lint trap being a bit too much with the plastic tray that covers where you need to clean. You must unlock and re-lock three separate fasteners just to clean and then return it to it’s slot successfully. You live and you learn (your machine)!

This dryer is huge and dries very well. I can dry my king size comforter in 38 minutes.

It dries very well, I love that it doesn't leave the soup watery, it's easy to use and very practical, I highly recommend it. Thanks Karen for help me

This dryer is amazing! Large size, Wi-Fi control, digital alerts your when the laundry is complete, user friendly. Installation experience was top notch. Best Buy installation crew arrived as scheduled and recapped all pertinent information. Fun fact it connects to the matching washing machine so the cycles will sync. Did I mention the load size is HUGE!

It gets the job done quickly and the sensors turn stop it at the right time - clothes are dry, but not fried. I like the steam functions more than I thought I would for a quick de-wrinkling.
