Our family loves our new Samsung dryer! It runs smoothly, makes minimal noise, and fits all the clothes we need into it. Couldn’t be any happier with the product.

Had no issues so far, except with connecting the dryer to my app via WiFi, still not working but otherwise it's a great machine, the filter is easy to clean, and the Interface is very intuitive, and does not make a lot of noise. Great capacity!

Bought the dryer several weeks ago. It runs fairly quiet. Machine has a nice look. Good cycle choices. Dries faster than my old whirlpool. Wifi hooked up fast initially but did have to completely remove and reconnect machine after power went out. My only complaint on both the washer and dryer is the annoying chime to signal end of cycle. But u can turn it off. One other comment is I needed a door reversal, paid for it, and delivery men said they don’t do it?!?! Best Buy would NOT REFUND me the money. Only sent a gift card for the amount. And they were also a no show on the first delivery time. After being a loyal Best Buy customer I think the poor customer service is redirecting my business.

So far this dryer has been flawless. The smart things app adds to the convenience and versatility of the dryer. Large capacity for bulky items. The display buttons and smart things integration makes it easy to use. If you need to pause the load to fold a few delicates but your talking to the neighbor on the porch you can pause with smart things app until you can get inside. Any setting to provide quick efficient drying time for each load

It dries very well, I love that it doesn't leave the soup watery, it's easy to use and very practical, I highly recommend it. Thanks Karen for help me

This is a beast of a dryer. The capacity is great really does save you time in the grand scheme of things as far as not having to do laundry as often. Only used the steam function once and I was half tempted to sit and watch how it worked but got bored and did something else. Ultimately chose this item due to the price more than the functionality of it. So the extra bells and whistles still getting used to. Few things that were inconsistent is the advertising description of the dryer was incorrect. It said there is no internal lighting when there is one. Also they try and get you to purchase the recommended installation equipment like the water hoses and 3 Way valve for the steam function and Samsung had already included that inside the dryer drum when it was delivered not sure if best buy is aware of that but think that should be made known. Also I think best buy had in the description that there's a lint indicator to alert you when it needs to be cleaned and there is no option for this exact dryer. I could be wrong on that just going off memory which was 2 months ago. All in all it's a great investment so far I love the innovation Samsung puts into their products and thankfully best buy was offering it at an irresistible price.

I really love how large it is. I can wash my queen comforters, queen sheets the pillow cases and a few extra clothing in one load. I have it connected to my Alexa and she lets me know when the wash is completed.

It’s hard not to love something so simple. I haven’t had it for long, but so far so good. There are a great amount of setting in there that has fit every load I’ve washed (there’s a lot since I moved into a house). The size is also great, though seemed bit wider when it was delivered.

I LOVE THAT IT PREVENTS WRINKLES AND IT STOPS BY ITSELF WHEN IT IS COMPLETED DRIED.

So far we love it! After having the same washer and dryer set for over 20 years, this has been the best thing I've bought myself. It's huge, fast, efficient, Smart, and beautiful.

Love my new dryer. It has a large capacity drum and has most pre-set options to make it easier to use. To clean the dryer lint filter is easy but may be due to me having smaller hands. If it’s too difficult you can always vacuum it out. I love the light inside the drum makes it easier to see in a bit soo well lit garage. Have not set up the sanitize steam hose kit or dried bulky comforters however my heavier loads are nice and dry with the heavy duty setting. Can’t wait to set up the Wi-Fi option for this. Extremely satisfied

Love this dryer. Easy to operate. A ton of setting for just about any load. Nice looking. Great color. Love the drying sensor. You never will over dry your items.

I -love- my dryer. From it's alert for cycles being done to how much I can fit inside it. It's very simple to use and ultra quiet until the cycle ends.

It was such nice purchased this samsung dryer. Even not only this dryer. The customer service, delivery and installation. Big 5 stars all to Best Buy!!
