Great value dryer, has pretty most of the features the top of the range dryers do without the cost, hold and dries a decent load no problems, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dryer to anyone.

We bought this dryer to match the Samsung washer we bought. We couldn't be happier with the purchase of either. The dryer does an excellent job, is extremely quiet, and very fast. The only minor issue would be with drying large comforters. If you use the dryer sensor, it doesn't always detect moisture inside the comforter, so doing a normal, timed dry is the best option for large items like comforters. I would absolutely recommend this dryer to anyone in the market for one.

Once my spouse was convienced we needed a new washer getting the matching dryer was a must! Love the large capacity load size!

This dryer is as advertised. While I wasn't blown away by the companion washing macine, the dryer is very good.

When we sold our last home the buyers wanted the washer and dryer so we left them only to purchase them again and we would do so a third time if required. Samsung is a well known name in our household as it is very reliable and consistent. And BestBuy is our go to store for anything we can purchase there!!!

I bought this dryer after reading all the reviews. I liked the cycles and large capacity. However, I expect my dryers to last longer than 3 years. I also purchased the 3 year geek squad extension warranty which expired 2 weeks before the roller broke and put a HOLE in the DRUM. The drums are junk!! Thin and will not hold up. Check them out--they are like plastic. The cost of replacing the roller was $200 and and a new drum is $400. The cost of the dryer was around $700! I will never buy Samsung again! Not happy about Best Buy warranty that we purchased. It should go beyond the existing Samsung warranty not concurrent!! Dryer is unusable now

Product was damaged on both sides in installation. Have not been back to store to see what I can do about damage. Ju

I bought this dryer with high expectations after reading reviews, but i'm sorry to say that this is a ver low quality dryer. After 1 year of use, we started to notice a very strange sound coming from it, and when the cycle ended we took out the clothes and our surprise when we saw the interior of the drum with a crack, and I have to say a big crack that could have broken our clothes. Call Samsung and of course, it was out of the 1year warranty, so not cover anymore, but since I explained that this was a manufacturer issue (is all over the internet) they went ahead and schedule me a repair saying they will cover the part. Great! But no, not at all, the replacement of the drum runs around $400 dollars, and the cost of this was $600, it doesn't make sense. I will have to buy a new one but lesson learned, will never buy a Samsung appliance in my life. Latest dryer run without issues over 10 years, Maytag, I'm coming for you.

This is our 4th Samsung appliance (microwave, dryer, washer & refrigerator) purchase in the last four years and all four have issues. The dryer is having trouble drying anything more than half a normal load. I had hopes it would have lasted five or more years.

Dries clothes quick but control panel scratches easy from laundry baskets being set on top of drier because it is plastic . But haven't had any major problems with it yet and it's been used every day for over a month now. Very quite and love the stream option to get rid of wrinkles! Holds bedding and big loads with no problems. Makes doing laundry alot easier with our large family. Would recommend

This washer is great, dries better, is pretty quiet and so easy to use. I rented a washer/dryer combo for years before buying this dryer and till now i am really happy with my decision. My only worry is that i will have to do the installation on my own if i move to a different house but hopefully it will be easy as well :)

Bought this to match my samsung washer which I'm very happy with. Now after 1 month with this dryer I am very happy with it also. Its quiet and efficient. I like the steam feature and dries my clothes faster than before.

Our new Samsung dryer is just plain AWESOME! It is quiet, fast, and the controls are easy to operate. I can't say anything about reliability as of yet. We have only had it for about a month. I would definitely recommend it to a friend!
