The machine is very useful with all the many options is has for every different type of clothing. It’s very helpful having a fabric softener and detergent dispenser that doesn’t need to be filled for every wash. The app is my favorite part that has made this purchase so enjoyable.

Like the features and cosmetically great but the Best and most comforting quality is how quite it runs, almost unnoticeable just a few steps away - that's been a really nice upgrade from it's predecessor that was an older model Samsung.

Got it open box, have no issues at all. Best part is knowing when your load is done. Sends alerts to your phone (SmartThings App) and lets you fully control it.

This is a great dryer. I wish I had understood the washer/dryer-in-one option though. Only real negative is the door is plastic, not as sturdy as previous model.
