Q: Is this REALLY a 120V dryer? The specs state so but I've never seen a dryer this large run on 120V.
A: Haha negative… It has a standard 240v plug interface for 3 and 4 wire setups (two 120v hot lines).
Q: does the dryer come with the "wye" connection for steam ,and the control interlock cord for stacking
A: It does not come with that by default, the install kit has the steam stuff and the stacking kit can be bought with or without the multi control cord.. best buy can't get the control kit for months, and their service team doesn't know how to use it anyway.
Q: Is it really a 120v 15Amp? The website says it is

Q: Can this dryer vent out of the right side of the machine? (as you face the machine - the right side)
A: Depends on the hose you use. It is recommended to use a semi rigid vent hose that should come with metal elbows. If you angle everything to the right it might work for you.
Q: What is the total watts and or amp?
A: Hi gwr71! Thanks for asking! I have the energy consumption for this model listed as 608 kWh/year. ^Jecca
Q: Is this dryer really can connect to a normal 3 prong outlet, because it says it a 120v?
A: Hi Alma, Glad you ask about the electrical installation requirements for the Samsung dryer. Yes, it has a 120-volt, 60 Hz AC-approved electrical service with a 15-ampere fuse. Use a 4-prong plug for a 4-wire receptacle. Thank you for choosing Samsung and have a great day! ^Rainly
