I do not like to leave bad reviews, but I must for this one. This item arrived damaged in the box. The item was not needed yet when it arrived, as it was a purchase for someone else. When it came time to open the product, it was damaged inside the box. When I contacted Best Buy for support, they said it was past the return window and referred me to Samsung. Of course, Samsung said the same thing and referred me back to Best Buy. Now, unfortunately, I am out $1,000 for a TV with no assistance from Best Buy or Samsung. My advice, do not buy any item as a gift from Best Buy and definitely not a Samsung product. Best Buy was my first choice when purchasing products, but now due to the unhelpful customer service experience, I will be shopping elsewhere.

Last for 18 month and die, I do not know what to do now with it.

We needed a large monitor for our company and this works great for our meetings.

Bought two of these for our lobby and they are working great and look great. The first two I bought were lost in transit but after a month of waiting I finally got these and all is right with my little world. Samsung makes a great product and these are great!

This is a great tv it works good for a menu board.

the main reason why I paid more for this TV was to get the "business" app and manage the content on the app. Well, it just doesn't work. Based on the description I thought I would be able to create and manage my display from the app instead of having to have a computer connected to the TV. Huge disappointment. That is just not working. I would not recommend this product.

TV not working properly less than 30 days. Best Buy was no support- pulling teeth to get through to Samsung for repair- still ongoing. Do NOT purchase!
