great addition to my frame TV, magnets are very easy to use and put on! it’s not a totally seamless fit but it looks so nice! i was able to get this on sale when i bought the tv! i do wish the frame around the the tv was thicker but overall it is really nice

It a great looking tv. It fit perfectly on my wall. The only problem I have is that it’s hard to change the batteries!

I bought the 75" Samsung Frame and love it. However the software has enough bugs to make me think twice before buying another Samsung. I spent two hours trying to connect Bluetooth devices then another hour on the phone with tech support repeating most of what I had already tried. The technician was very good but unsuccessful. About an hour after the phone call, I tried again and everything connected following the same steps I started with. The sound bar connected through HDMI ARC without issue but now the TV does not recognize the HDMI ARC connection. I found a discussion of the problem on line. There were many pages on this topic going back to 2017. Some people could get the port to work but had to repeat the process periodically as the connection would still drop out. I gave up and connected the sound bar through the optical connection. I bought a 55" LG OLED for another room and it has worked flawlessly.

Nice color compared to the black bezel, discontinued & hard to find now since replacement model apparently dont fit this year. Able to snag a return open box. Pricey for what it is, but nice if you want something different.

The Frame TV is worth the money. It is aesthetically pleasing, works well as an art piece, and great for gaming. I would recommend this TV to anyone looking for an 75inch TV.

I love my Frame TVI hated the huge black screen in the family room when the TV was off, now I choose which beautiful image I will have! and the service at Best Buy was great! thank you

TV excellent. Love it! Also purchased white “frame” at same time. Came as broken pieces. Replacement was also broken!! Waiting for still another replacement! Shipping carton is very poorly insulated for this fragile item.

It is a nice frame to cover the TV with. The frame tv comes with a grayish frame so the black is nice to cover the gfay

I purchased this alongside the Samsung 75" The Frame. The design is so sleek and matches the white colors throughout my bedroom. Only if the prices were a bit lower!

This frame is overpriced. The black bezel doesn’t change the look of the tv enough to be worth the price you pay for it. It’s literally 4 pieces of plastic and some magnets. Not worth the price. I returned mine immediately.

Got it on a great deal, open box. Easy to install as it snaps right on. Looks cool.

The magnets make this a snap... wouldnt pay full price but i found a discount

We love our FRAME TV. My husband wanted a Big screenTV in the living room and I refused because i didn't want an ugly back square hanging on my wall. I wanted a beautiful piece of art. Well we have both now. I love it and have a beautiful painting over my fireplace and my husband has his big screen TV.

Very simple to install and adds a sleak pretty look

Cheap quality. Hard to assemble with extremely small pieces.

The 75in frame tv has great picture quality. Its a conversation starter whenever we have guest. Highly recommend if you have the money to professional have it mounted on the wall and wires hidden.

Best Buy was very helpful however Samsung should modify their packaging of this product. The first shipment was damaged in transit

Had to return it, because I received a broken product, the packaging was subpar and the material was flimsy

The bezel was pretty easy to install. However, there was a white splotch on one of the edges that refused to come off.
