Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have been looking for a TV with flush look for fit for my living room space, have been considering Frame Pro but concernd about the image quality - specialists tell me it's not of the best. I buy with the consideration that I may need to return, but it turns out to be way better than I expected. Would happily to keep it for sure

This is super neat, easy to put together, clean minimalist design. Super amazing i love and will get in different colors for my modern home.

After adding the Modern Teak bezel, the Frame TV actually looks like a framed picture! It is actually shocking how much it changed the look of the room… The actual bezel is of high quality and easy to snap into place by virtue of the magnets.

The tv is an investment for its quality, decor look when it’s idle, and performance for heavy cloud gaming like CoD. I still do recommend to anyone that sees its amazing screen clarity in its white frame I bought with

Frame was easy to install and looks great. Make sure to install the top piece without the hole and the bottom piece has a cutout for sensor.

Looks like a piece of art in our collection!! Getting a lot of compliments on the look with the art frame. Rather than a black blank look on the wall this “art piece” looks spectacular. TV also easy to navigate.

So cool and love that it was free with the purchase of me tv - not quite as easy to install as everyone said but still giving It 5 stars becuse it's so cool and innovative

Best TV I have ever had, I display my own photography on here and it feels immaculate

Looks really good on the television. I believe for the price it should be made from a material other than plastic.

Looks so much better than a black rectangle sitting in your living room all day. Definitely elevates your space. Works great with Apple TV too

Very nice tv and with the picture frame look and art work you can add to it is awesome

The Samsung TV Frame’s Bezel is a unique idea, which allows you to change the color to your preference. Although bear in mind that you do have to buy each Frame Bezel separately to match your decor.

Match made in heaven! Arrived so fast I thought I ordered 2 times. Blended with my wall. Will buy again for a different hue next time. A must have if you have The Frame tv.

Very easy to install and looks great. Good quality and makes the TV feel more like a piece of art

After ordering directly from Samsung in June and constantly having the shipping date pushed (last straw was late October 2021) for the 2021 75" Modern Teak Bezel, I found one in stock and ready to ship from Best Buy last week. While I'm glad to finally have the missing piece for this very expensive TV, I'm disappointed in the quality of the bezel for its price. The pieces are plastic, the mitered corners do not sit flush against one another, it was nearly impossible to get the small plastic fasteners to actually click into place, and the color is this very cool-toned, almost grey-brown.

These bezels click on nicely and really accent the TV well. Super easy and looks great!

Looks literally like a painting on a wall! So sleek.

Waited 3 weeks for it to come in. It came in cracked! Tried to get it replaced but its out stock.

recently bought the Samsung 75” The Frame with the Modern Teak bezel, and I’m blown away! The customizable teak frame gives the TV a premium, gallery-style look that blends perfectly with my home décor. When it’s not being used, the Art Mode truly looks like a real framed artwork — guests don’t even realize it’s a TV. The picture quality is stunning, the colors are vibrant, and the design is sleek and minimal. If you’re looking for a TV that doubles as beautiful wall art, this is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended!

We were a little concerned how the color of the frame would look, but it matches the other wood tones we have very nicely. The only complaint I have is with the TV's light and ir sensor. If you are just using the TV's foot stand it confuses the sensor into thinking the room is darker and dims the tv. This effect is most notable in art mode.
