A: Hi JimLink! On the 77" S95C, the distance from the top VESA mounting holes to the top of the TV is 12.5". The distance from the bottom holes to the bottom of the TV is 10.3". ~ Samsung Specialist
Q: If wall mounting the TV can the one connnect box be mounted to the back of the TV?
A: Yes, it shows you can in the manual. You'll have to pay attention to the mount you buy, there will be a clearance issue if it is to close to the wall. I got a very thin bracket and there would be no way.
Q: We just purchased a S950C. Is the screen glass? If not, what do we use to clean it?
A: Use a microfiber cloth, put a little bit of water on the cloth and wipe very gently, don't press into the screen. Gentle circular motion, never use soap, Windex etc... If water isn't getting it done, and use isopropyl alcohol, light amount.
A: While Art Mode is exclusive to The Frame TV, the S95C OLED features Ambient Mode which offers customizable themes, colors, and photo options. Instead of seeing a blank background when your TV is turned off, you can enhance your screen with landscape images, artwork, and unique scenes. Your own photos can be turned into backgrounds as well with the My Album feature.
