Bought this TV to replace a 65" LCD that is now in my shop. Super impressed with the color and detail this set puts out when paired with Netflix. I have been hypnotized the last few days staring at the 4K picture. The color is so lifelike, coupled with the detail, makes you feel like you can step right into the TV set. I'm 63 so better instructions on how TV and remote works as a hard copy included, would be nice. (not internet instructions). Samsung Plus added is a very nice perk. Adds a lot of channels to play with. Delivery and setup well worth the cost (this is a very heavy TV to handle).

Since I purchased the unit for the size, picture and sound quality I’m not going to remove a star based on the remote which is yuck after using an LG magic remote control. The Tizen system takes a bit of getting used to and I consider myself pretty tech savvy. And I mounted the unit (myself… and my son) and was shocked to find out I needed M8 screws easy enough to resolve. I purchased this unit after the panel went out on my 75” Hisense after about 17months. Yes I said Hisense. However, I was wise enough to purchase the protection plan. With all that being said and out the way, Samsung has created a great unit enough HDMI outputs, great sound excellent picture. Largest T.V. I’ve ever owned and size does not comprise picture quality. Looks just as good as you’d see on display models in-store. Great load speeds I’m pretty excited about this one. I caught it during a promotion yay me. Yay bestbuy yay Samsung.

Great size for the room and great price! Room that it is in has no windows or natural light coming in so I didnt need a tv that excelled in bright light conditions. This is the first Samsung I have had so took awhile to get used to the remote and user interface. The standard speakers do a good job.

This is the TV I have been dreaming of! After moving into a much larger space, I wanted to upgrade to something that would fill the room appropriately. This TV is the perfect size for the room, and it gives you that sense of a true home theater. The picture is crisp, clean, and bright (after adjusting some of the default settings). It was a breeze to set up, although it did request that you download an app to assist in the process (but was not required). The native sound was pretty decent at filling the space, but we did opt to attach a Samsung soundbar with Bluetooth, which was also quite easy. The UI is quick and responsive, and the remote is a very familiar format to previous Samsung TV owners. The addition of ambient mode is a novel feature, but works quite well and has been used half a dozen times since owning the TV, just for something different and eye catching. It matched the color of the paint on our walls almost exactly. Not sure if this was coincidence or the TV was actually able to discern this somehow? We don’t use any of the native smart apps, as we transferred an existing Firestick 4k over to this TV. Everything still functions just as well, and the picture has been solid in all of the various apps that we stream from. It connected easily to wifi, although I don’t really need it to be connected unless I opt to use the smart remote to query Alexa (or Google Assistant if that’s your choice at setup). The only downside that we had with this TV is the sheer magnitude made it incredibly challenging to mount with just two adults. The size makes it awkward to lift, and it weighs 109 lbs without the stand. Adding in the fragility that comes with flat screen TVs and it made for a very high stress situation. I would highly recommend paying for someone to install the mount and TV for you. The peace of mind alone would be worth it. Note: I added LED backlighting to the TV to reduce eye strain during nighttime viewing. The TV is not backlit out of the box.

Good TV. Good display persoanlization. I like to be able to turn the brightness down when my room is dark. Changing settings is easy.

I purchased a 82” and i must admit i live it so much im purchasing one for my bedroom.

I have only owned it since 11-19-2021. I have had no problems with it so far. The Tizen operating system is way different than what i have been used to. The picture is very nice and i have the Samsung 7.1 channel sound bar hooked up to it,i love how they work together. I have of course played around with the menu to understand it much better. It seems to be a quality tv,i would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful TV. Bigger than it appears. I’ve always been bias with Samsung with their fluorescent colors and great products. 4K QLED graphics are better than ever.

Had tv delivered. We unboxed using directions, as this tv has clips on box to remove tv carefully and strips on side of tv glass for lifting out of styrofoam. We hung this tv on the wall. super heavy 90 lbs. take 2 to hang it. Pretty easy to Connect everything, it walks you thru all.. asks you to set up an app on cell for more connection if you want to use on cell. It has free tv channel lineup like PlutoTv or Roku, main menu is similar to amazonTv type screens ..

It's 82 inch TV... 72 inch of width... pretty big enough for any size of living room. Great value for the price. Less glare compare to OLED screen from other brand.

Great value for such a large TV! I don’t 100% love the Tizen operating system, because when the queue is empty, the TV automatically goes to Samsung TV, which is annoying. Otherwise very happy with the TV.

We are pleased with the purchase and install of our new 82" Samsung TV with the Samsung surround sound! Our experience over the last 2 years with Best Buy has been GREAT! In that timeframe, we have purchased 7 Samsung TV'S (verious sizes) to outfit our Primary home in Sparks, Nevada and our Condo in Palm Springs, Ca. Also bought a new HP Laptop in that same timeframe. All were installed by the Geek Squad and we've purchased Best Buy Tech Support to help us keep everything operating as designed. Have been recommending Best Buy, Geek Squad and Best Buy Tech Support to all our family and friends.

Remote is a joke but the TV is amazing. Pricy but well worth it. Make sure you search your provider for the hi def stations, its almost like the actors are in the room with you in some clips. Got the Samsung bluetooth sound bar and sub also, again the remote not only sucks but looks the same as the tv one. Went on Amazon and found some cool green and blue covers so still have 2 poorly designed remotes but at least can tell them apart. Tv is over 5 stars so that makes up for it The Best Buy delivery and install guys were great too thanks

The television is nothing short from amazing from its color, sounds and the size of course.

Significant improvement from my 8000 series that it replaced. Colors are more vivid. Slightly better hdr , not oled bright but enough. Even the sound coming from its tiny speakers are not so bad . Light bleed are still there but that's what you get with an edge lit tv but it's so much better compared with my previous one . Also I received a 200 GC with it so it's worth it . Get the 5 year GS protection for your peace of mind. It's worth it .
