Customer Ratings & Reviews

I absolutely love this Samsung 85-inch QLED 4K Smart TV! The size alone makes a huge difference—it feels like having a movie theater right in my living room. The picture quality is beautiful, with vibrant colors, sharp details, and excellent contrast. Everything looks incredibly clear, especially movies, sports, and 4K content. The QLED technology really makes the colors pop without looking unnatural, and the large 85-inch screen is perfect for watching movies and shows with the whole family. The TV also has a sleek, modern design that looks great in the room without feeling bulky. The Smart TV features are another big plus. The interface is easy to navigate, apps load quickly, and having all my favorite streaming services in one place is very convenient. The setup was also simple and straightforward. For the size, picture quality, and overall performance, I think this TV offers excellent value. If you're looking for a large-screen TV that delivers an impressive viewing experience without spending a fortune on a premium model, I would definitely recommend this Samsung QLED. It has exceeded my expectations, and I'm very happy with my purchase!

We have purchased several Samsung televisions. This 85” television replaced a 65” television. It made a big difference in the viewing experience in our hearth room. Though it is a 2024 model, QLED Q60D, the quality of the picture is very nice and it is easy to use with our other products (soundbar, Fire Cube, etc). The set up and use are relatively simple. Each owner has to decide how much they want to be integrated in the Samsung ecosystem if they choose to have a Samsung account. I also like the fact that there were at least 3 HDMI inputs.

Great TV with crisp colors and dark black background. It is very thin although a heavy set, understandable being an 85". Love how quickly starts up and how great 4k videos play on it. Sound is not so great but have it paired to a subwoofer sound bar so it's no problem. Overall a great TV and loved the discounted price. Remote is now solar! No worries about dead batteries anymore.

I'm writing to enthusiastically share my incredible experience upgrading to the Samsung 85” Q60D Series QLED smart TV. It's more than just an upgrade; it's a complete transformation of my home entertainment. From the moment I powered it on, I was blown away by the sheer scale and breathtaking quality of the 4K picture. The detail is astonishing – I can practically reach out and touch the textures and colors on screen. The vibrancy is unmatched by anything I've previously experienced, making even familiar movies feel fresh and captivating. The sound quality is equally impressive. Gone are the days of tinny audio; the Q60D delivers a rich, immersive soundscape that perfectly complements the stunning visuals. Whether I'm watching a blockbuster action movie or a subtle character drama, the audio enhances the viewing experience, pulling me deeper into the story. The smart TV features are also a significant improvement. Navigating the menus is intuitive and user-friendly, and the access to streaming services is seamless. The overall user experience is incredibly smooth and enjoyable. In short, the Samsung 85” Q60D Series QLED smart TV has exceeded all my expectations. It's not just an improvement in technology; it's an upgrade to my overall quality of life, offering countless hours of unparalleled entertainment. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to elevate their home cinema setup.

Samsung 85" Class Q60D Series QLED 4K Smart Tizen TV (2024) is a very great product! Very clear, colorful and simple to set up.

Very slim and add an elegant look to any room with this tv. Very sharp image and deep colors, fast response uploading the apps and streaming.

Great picture, colors are vibrant. Easy to use. Nothing but positive comments from me! And best buy did price match for me!

Let's start by saying what's not to like... nothing! The picture quality is amazing. The setup was simple. The hardest part was lifting the set onto our entertainment built in! It is a beast! We love the sound, the awesome solar and micro "C" rechargeable termite control. If that wasn't enough you can also control the TV by the Smart things app on your cell phone. Perfect for streaming! Very easy to download apps and there is no lag using a wireless network.

Excellent condition and size, easy assembly and light weight

The TV (85-inch Samsung) is great and the service Geek Squad provided exceeded our expectations. I thought that we could have handled it, but when I saw how big the TV was, I'm glad we had the delivery and set-up with Geek Squad. They were very patience in setting up the TV. Going to add a sound bar to enhance the experience.
