Great TV with excellent picture quality. The colors are vibrant, the image is sharp, and everything looks smooth whether streaming or watching cable. Setup was quick and the smart features are easy to use with all the major apps available. Sleek design and solid sound for a flat-screen. Very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

I just upgraded to the new Samsung QLED (2025 model, 65” QN90D) and I’m still picking my jaw up off the floor. The picture quality is genuinely stunning – the colors are so vibrant and lifelike it feels like the screen is a window. Blacks are inky deep thanks to the Mini-LED backlighting, HDR content (especially Dolby Vision titles on Disney+ and Netflix) pops like nothing I’ve ever seen, and the anti-glare coating is a game-changer. Even in my bright living room during the day, reflections are practically nonexistent. Gaming? 144Hz refresh rate, ALLM, VRR, FreeSync Premium Pro, and four HDMI 2.1 ports – it’s a dream with my PS5 and Series X. Motion is buttery smooth, input lag is basically zero, and the new Gaming Hub makes switching between cloud gaming services effortless. The Tizen OS is snappier than ever, the new remote is sleek (and finally charges via USB-C), and the One Connect box keeps cable clutter out of sight. Sound is surprisingly good out of the box too – Object Tracking Sound+ actually follows the action around the screen, but I paired it with a Q990D soundbar and… yeah, cinema who? Now, the delivery experience deserves its own five stars. Ordered directly from Samsung’s site on a Wednesday evening, got free next-day delivery (they actually arrived 8 hours early!). The two-person team was professional, polite, unboxed it, checked for dead pixels right in front of me, placed it exactly where I wanted on my TV stand, and took all the packaging away. Zero hassle, zero damage – flawless white-glove service. If you’re on the fence about a new TV in 2025, just pull the trigger on this QLED. Samsung absolutely nailed it this year. Worth every single penny and then some. Highly, highly recommended!

I am very happy about my purchase. TV is amazing- looks great mounted on the wall, it’s thin, exceeded my expectations and is very easy to use/navigate. Definitely would recommend tv especially for watching sports and movies.

My husband and I are very happy with this Samsung QLED 4K TV. I purchased this for his birthday and he couldn't be happier! I must admit, when I first saw it, I was surprised at the size of it, but I am used to it now and I love how the colours pop out. The color is amazing and the screen takes advantage of every inch of the screen. I would highly recommend this TV and Best Buy for having the best price when I compared. Their delivery was exactly when they said. On time, no excuses.

I questioned buying this compared to my old oled. I took a chance the quality was great. I cannot speak to the volume as I am using a yamaha surround sound receiver.

TV was easy to set up and has a great picture. It started to flash on and off which was frustrating but I disabled the AI feature and now it is good.
