Awesome picture quality for an 85 inch TV. Love its anti-glare feature too.

I have never purchased a tv of this quality before, but boy am I glad I did! Absolutely love the clarity and speed of this tv. Especially when watching sports. Thanks Samsung for making such a great product!

This tv is phenomenal it has the best picture on the market and the sound is amazing and colors just pop out of the screen like you are there in the movie your watching or your in the sports game your watching

Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with purchase. None of these issues were disclosed to me before I bought the TV. The only thing I was told was that the remote was missing. When they brought the TV out without a box, I asked about the original box and was simply told that there wasn’t one. The TV appears to have been repaired before, and there is a large bulge on the back left side. It also has over 5,570 hours of usage, which is quite significant. After turning it on, I started hearing cracking and popping noises coming from the TV, which is also concerning. I can understand the remote being missing since that was disclosed beforehand. However, I was not told about the previous repair, the bulge on the back, the high number of usage hours, the noises, or the fact that the TV had no box. What surprised me the most was how an 85-inch TV was handed over to me. It was simply wrapped in plastic with no box or proper protection. A TV this large needs to be properly supported during transportation. Without adequate packaging, the panel can flex while being moved, potentially causing serious screen damage or even breaking completely. Overall, this was not the condition or level of packaging I expected, especially since none of these issues were mentioned before the purchase. The only reason I’m giving one star is because the employees helped me load the TV into my vehicle, and I appreciate their help with that.

This 85 inch TV has the best quality picture that I have ever seen.

Great tv. Picture is clear and sharp. Would buy this tv again

Great picture quality and sound is amazing. Much better than my last Tv.

I would love to write a review for my new TV. However I can't. I bought TV on 11/6/25, was promised delivery on 11/18/26 (twelve days after purchase, which wasn't real happy with but accepted it). Now here we are on delivery day, and I get a call that TV will not be delivered today because they do not have the TV wall mount. I have called best buy 3 times today seeking answers, (you can't reach the store directly, the call gets forwarded to a nationwide call center, and they say they can't connect you directly to the store) all I get is a runaround. Noone can seem to answer when I will get my TV delivered? As far as I'm concerned this is very poor customer service!! Hopefully, best buy will get it together asap so I can write a true review of the TV.

It’s truly a beautiful tv crystal clear also color is just perfect.

I’m very happy I television! I believe that was the best investment I have made this year

The AI no works, the language translation can not use, shows No functionality

I was excited at first to see how much better the picture would be versus my previous Samsung 82" telly. The 82" was a UHD 4K model, I paid $ 3200 for it back in 2018. It still works fine, but I felt the picture quality might have lost a pixel or two. Okay, fast forward to install day, and it was a total anti-climax. Much to my disappointment the picture was no better than my 8yr old model. It might be a touch brighter but that could be adjusted in the setup. I popped in a 4K DVD expecting a miraculous comeback, but again nothing notably better than before. Don't get me wrong the picture and colours were great. Looking back I should've saved the money and wait for the time when programs are broadcast in 4K or better.

Very clear picture in every channel sounds excellent

Great video and sound. Best with the AI up scale to 8k
