I had purchased a qn900c from best buy i was very happy till the panal started to come apart Samsung couldn’t repair it and replaced it with this qn900f i will say minus the one connect the tv is a solid replacment and am happy

I would love to write a review for my new TV. However I can't. I bought TV on 11/6/25, was promised delivery on 11/18/26 (twelve days after purchase, which wasn't real happy with but accepted it). Now here we are on delivery day, and I get a call that TV will not be delivered today because they do not have the TV wall mount. I have called best buy 3 times today seeking answers, (you can't reach the store directly, the call gets forwarded to a nationwide call center, and they say they can't connect you directly to the store) all I get is a runaround. Noone can seem to answer when I will get my TV delivered? As far as I'm concerned this is very poor customer service!! Hopefully, best buy will get it together asap so I can write a true review of the TV.

I was excited at first to see how much better the picture would be versus my previous Samsung 82" telly. The 82" was a UHD 4K model, I paid $ 3200 for it back in 2018. It still works fine, but I felt the picture quality might have lost a pixel or two. Okay, fast forward to install day, and it was a total anti-climax. Much to my disappointment the picture was no better than my 8yr old model. It might be a touch brighter but that could be adjusted in the setup. I popped in a 4K DVD expecting a miraculous comeback, but again nothing notably better than before. Don't get me wrong the picture and colours were great. Looking back I should've saved the money and wait for the time when programs are broadcast in 4K or better.

First, please ensure your TV is running the latest firmware, as updates may include important picture quality enhancements. Go to: Home > Left directional button > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
Then, select a Picture Mode that best fits your environment: Home > Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
1. Standard – Default mode for general viewing
2. Dynamic – Brighter and clearer in well-lit rooms
3. Eco – Optimized for energy saving
4. Movie – Best for watching in dark environments
5. Filmmaker Mode – Preserves content exactly as intended by creators
You can also enhance your experience by enabling AI Mode, which automatically adjusts picture and sound based on your surroundings and usage patterns: Settings > All Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
