Awesome product with great performance and very fast at a very good price. Goodbye mechanical drive

Excellent SSD. Cloned boot drive to this drive using Samsung's free Migration Tool. Took about 2 hours to clone over from a slower HDD mechanical drive. PC is super snappy now thanks to the faster SSD. Great deal for 1TB. Grab one... or two.

Works great bought this for my xbox 1 installed and did the osu update works great been a few weeks now thanks

Came in the mail a day early and that was very nice. It was very easy to install in my PC. Small and looks good. Great addition to my build. Great value.

Works great and definitely noticed the upgrade. I have a first generation PS4 and decided to take out the hard drive and replace it with this one. Fit perfectly.

It is quicker, which is great for lots of photos and movies. Will get warm and slow down with 10 GB transfers but still faster than HDD. Does not like all external enclosures. But switched an SSD from another enclosure and everything works. Quiet, compact (pocket) and so far reliable.

Great deal for this large hard drive. My son's laptop hard drive died and so we ordered this one to replace it. It was easy to install and allows the laptop to work so much fast then it did before. He is able to play games and do school work with no issues. Awesome price!!!

A great product. Samsung makes replacing a hard drive with their ssd super easy and super fast. I used my pc's 3.0 usb to connect the ssd and it took less than an hour to clone my old hard drive. Be aware that you'll need to initiate the drive and down load the software to accomplish the cloning with Samsung's help. It feels like I have a brand new desktop. I'd highly recommend this drive to anyone.

Bought this ssd drive to speed up a Lenovo y70 touch laptop that had 16 gigs of ram, i7, 2 gig nvidia onboard card. Started to get really slow at boot up. Replaced my old hard disk with this ssd and it made a huge difference seems like it boots up 3 times faster. Made an old laptop useable again.

Nice solid state drive for my xbox. I ditched hard drive to go for this. It was nice and easy install. I hope it lasts at least 10 years since I will not be doing lots of writes but instead will be doing lots of reads because of it being inside a console.

My goal and expectation was that this SSD would boost my older PC performance. Very satisfied with the results. I use this PC to play around with writing software in Visual Studio 2019. Have not measured performance but improvement is noticeable. The PC an Acer Aspire T is about 6 years old and had a 2T HDD. I use a very small amount of space so downgrade to 1T to saved some cost. Took a lot of learning and missteps to get the OS onto the SSD but with care I did not lose my data. Also the 3.5 space did not support the 2.5 drive so some adaption. Good learning experience. Not sure how this drive stacks up against others but it certainly met my expectations.

Used for the wife’s home office build. Have an m.2 for boot and starting programs then use this for data storage. Plenty of room for files. Has room for some AAA games and plenty for more basic games. Speed is good all around for a SATA.

Im excited to put this in my new build. I already have one in my current system and love the reliability of it. There is a couple things that I wasn't excited about with the purchase & shipping process. Online: it doesnt provide a 'model #' for what you are looking for. If you put the model # in the search it pulls up the item your looking for, but it doesnt provide the model number - even when you click on the specs. I ordered it on a whim that it was correct and if not I would have returned it to the local store. The other thing that I was not happy about was how the two SSD's were packed. The SSD's were put in a large box with only two pillow packs and they completely rattled in the shipping box. The packaging was a little damaged, but hopefully they will be ok.

Got 5 of these for a network server and they are AMAZING! Worth every penny and I'd recommend this to anyone who wants a speed upgrade to their storage.

I use an SSD drive to clone my current HHD drives. I found this Samsung 870 QVO 1TB to be very reliable and fast for cloning purposes.

wow, what a bargain. 1TB for $125 shipped is incredible. This really brought life back to an old 2016 Asus laptop. It is now usable again and fast. So much cheaper then getting a new laptop this old one now is speedy and so much more pleasant to use. I really recommend upgrading any old computer with this SSD. It might not be the fastest or the best but its perfect for old computers. If I could give 6 stars I would.

So far, after installing the item, my laptop is running quieter, of course, and a lot cooler. System cooling fan does not kick on as much. Battery is also lasting a longer time between charges.

I've been using this drive to regularly backup my important files, it is very quick and has never failed me. Can't say enough good about this drive, and reasonably priced as well.

I wanted to add a solid state drive to my desktop computer. After a bit of research online, most were pointing to the Samsung line as highest in customer satisfaction and dependability. My desktop was a little older so I only had sata ports on my motherboard. So this drive was as fast as the sata ports could transfer data so it was an obvious choice. No installation hardware comes with this drive so be prepared. I used a bracket and screws to install it in one of my empty drive slots/ Hooked up the power and data cables and it fired right up. Very pleased with this and would definitely recommend it.

Seems to work better, faster boot up and more storage. Will see in the long run... I was sold that samsung has it's own set up website.
