Bought the new Alienware Area 51 laptop and this SSD is the perfect storage device to contain a clean install of Windows 11. I still own the previous 990 Pro and it has now been re-assigned for files instead of the main OS. General browsing, gaming, and just daily tasks are just so much quicker.

No issues at all, fast transfer from my Mac to the SSD in an external dock. Great for file storage and expansion from a smaller built in 256GB in the Mac

Computer randomly crashes. It's not very often and unknown if it is because of the drive, new motherboard, software, or some hardware problem from the original system. Otherwise, it seems to be working and is much faster than before.

It has Excellent overall performance, and was very easy to install it was on sale and is extremely fast for my new laptop, and is a little overkill for my Laptop which has a PCIe Gen 3x4 NVMe slot and this drive is a PCIe Gen 5x4 NVMe, but anyway it's an awesome drive especially when it's on sale for $250 or less.
