Im disabled and have never been able to work at a regular job, so Ive always been broke and had to get the lame cheap pre built computers and they would take so long to load games, I paid 800$ for my last one and it would take like atleast 15min to load into any of my games...well my parents gifted me some cash and I decided to try building my own gaming pc, it was well worth the risk in my opinion, I put one of these as my main storage and wow what a huge improvement from anything ive used my vr games, everything launches and is fully loaded in like 10-15 seconds!! It makes my old pc feel like a hunk of junk from 2002 lol

Works great! Lots of storage for the price and was easy to install. I wish it came with some compatible screws though.

Exactly as described, no qualms. It was released a while back, but SSD technology has really only increased read/write speeds and hasn't focused much on other features like density, power, lifespan, etc. Decent speed and large capacity for a decent price, no complaining here. Won't have to worry about storage for a couple of years unless game file size keeps inflating or I become a professional in need of storage space.

Amazing drive, small, fast, easy install, and lots of storage. Used this to replace a mechanical drive and couldn't be happier. This is my second one, the first I use for my main drive with the OS and I keep my Steam library, photos, etc on this one. Highly recommend.

If you're looking to clone your OS or any other drive as well and it's from a Samsung to this one, I recommend using the Samsung Migration program to be able to seamlessly clone it. Otherwise, I believe Acronis and Paragon are good alternatives but I'd do some research on which one you feel best to use. Other than that, the Read/Write speeds on this are incredible and the only reason I cloned from SSD to SSD is because the 870 was starting to fail on me and wanted something that would perform a little better. This meets that expectation and I believe it's a perfect choice for a boot drive.

Having a gaming laptop, I need more space, especially to be able to render and help me save heavy documents and greater speed when working.

Exceptionally good SSD. I bought it to use with external Thunderbolt enclosure on my Mac mini M2 Pro. I can achieve best speed possible for external enclosure!

Installed easy, and it has cut loading time on some applications by 80%. Debated going with the newer, higher speed version, but this is more than sufficient at a better price.

my new gaming pc came with m.2 ,, so i wanted to back it up with another m.2 ... but i had no way to copy clone m.2 to m.2 .. so you need to get a duplicator .. which was pricey but very easy to clone .. so now this samsung is in and the original is a backup when needed

I like everything about their products they are clearly top of the food chain when it comes to Performance and liability Etc. But if I would have to have one thing I would dislike it would be the price I feel like they are a bit more spendy than what they're worth but then again I pay the same amount of money for the card next time and again and again and again. Ha

I installed this Samsung 970 Evo Plus 2TB NVME in a Dell XPS 17 9500 I also purchased from Best Buy, as the Dell came with a single 1TB NVME but supports two. So far this device has performed well. It has not run hot and the performance has been what I expected with a 3455 read and 3317 write speed (see attached CrystalDiskMark test). Have only had it a month so can't speak its long term reliability, but it's plenty fast.

I have been using this for a couple of weeks now, no complaint. The only thing I noticed is compared with the previous SK Hynix 512G SSD in my Dell G3, the operational temperature is slightly higher, roughly 10C. That's because the former is 2260 and the heat sink is also for that form factor. I am looking for a proper form factor heat sink to reduce the temp a little. The speed in RND4kQ32T16 is x3 times faster.

It has been a fantastic new storage device, past the bit of struggle to get it started, but that's simply how it goes with a new in-built storage device. I've enjoyed it's load times and I will likely buy a second one for my secondary slot!

Good Drive from Samsung. I got the 2TB one and it works fantastic and fast on my PC. If need help to install and format to your PC just watch a quick YouTube video on how to do it in like 2min or less.

I have been using. mine for months now and it is fast and working great. I have it in an Orico enclosure.0 I 0plan to get a couple more soon.
