This device was nothing but frustration and disappointment. I ordered this appliance hoping to use it to refresh pillows, shirts, suits, hats, etc. The first time I ordered it from another major retailer. Within 3 cycles, the compressor wouldn't communicate with the computer and threw error code AC6. Thinking I received a defective unit, I went ahead and returned that unit and ordered it again from Best Buy. This time around, it made it through only 1 cycle before again failing, throwing error code AC6. Samsung support has no idea how to fix this, and I am still waiting on a phone call from them over two weeks later to resolve the issue. Buyer beware -- this is a first gen product and most people you talk to over the phone won't even know what it is. I ordered two of these units from two different retailers, and while they promised a lot, I put them through light use and both failed spectacularly within the first 2 hours. When I did get these to work, the results weren't in "dry-cleaner replacement" territory, but I knew that coming into this. They were about the same as what I can get out of my steam dryer. Personally, I would never order another one of these and have sent them both back. I would recommend you stay away from these and similar appliances, because even when they do work (which apparently isn't often) the results are mediocre-average at best.

This is the best invention ever especially now. The Samsung Air Dresser is quiet, not huge, and it has an attractive design. I placed it near the entrance of the house where as soon as I get I put my garments in there along with my mask do desanitize. Everything smells very clean and it looks neat when its done cleaning and drying. I will definitely recommend this Air Dresser, a product that can also be monitored in your mobile device. I have used the settings for my suits and the sanitizing cycle and I will say two things. It smells good and it is clean with no wrinkles. I have also use it for my jeans and cotton t-shirts. No issues whatsoever.

Arrived defective. Turns on but won’t run. Says there is a problem with one of the internal sensors. Called Samsung and they have no clue how to fix it and suggested swapping it out.

It depends what fabric you are trying to clean / deodorize. I probably went through 10/15 rounds using various cycles. While some cloths come out OK, others still have wrinkles in spite of clipping the weights to the bottom of the cloth. I am still experimenting. May be I will get to the bottom of it or Samsung will get me the answer.

While it may not get rid of all the wrinkles like dry cleaners, it does a really good job. I've ran it several times and my dress shirt comes out with most of wrinkles removed. The limitation is the number of items per load, which on average takes 40 mins to complete. Overall, it does reduce # of trips to the dry cleaners and clothes in the washer. If you have the space and clothing items that you need to iron or take to the dry cleaners, this will save you a lot of time!

It’s nice but I haven’t fallen in love with it yet. Really doesn’t get wrinkles out. Clothes haven’t smelled cleaner. I guess they are more sanitized. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. It’s hard to tell anything happened to the clothes

I love it! My clothes come out looking brand new. I have very delicate clothing pieces that have to be cared for and this takes care of it. I love the app and all the features. The unit is made very well and feels well designed. The unit is also very quite you can barely hear it. Overall I highly recommend it

This item has been a life saver, especially since the pandemic begin. We regularly use it to sanitize pillows, kids toys, and jackets. We also use it to steam close for the next morning. It's definitely won't get all the wrinkles out like a dedicated steamer but it definitely does the job. Well worth it.

Too good to be true. Ive been expecting this to break down, heat up my space, have difficult instructions, or be super noisy. Its just not. The only thing i cannot find an answer to is the cleaning agents mentioned. I cant find it anywhere, not evem amazon. It works well for us.

Great product but has its downsides. If you are someone who wears suits and expensive clothes on the daily this is a great purchase. If you are someone who likes to wear jeans and baggy clothing dont bother. This is a fancy steamer that does a great job keeping your clothes clean but not cleaning them. Its a great thing to use to keep the folds on your suits and jackets and takes wrinkles out your clothes

Seems to help with keeping my suit from getting smelly. Sometimes need to dry the suit because it is too damp.

Definitely not a replacement for ironing but it does get some of the smell out. So far it’s gotten stuck at 59 mins left 3 times so I think it was running all night. I just unplug it and come back and plug it back in the next day. Usually starts working again. Hardware seems to be well made and looks very nice but the there’s a bug in the system.

The Samsung AirDresser works pretty well, but don't expect all the wrinkles in your dress shirts to disappear. It does refresh our garments as advertised, but you'll have to iron your clothes if you want them to look perfect. In case you don't read the directions or notice them, there are

Really loving it so far! We use it to sanitize our little ones toys and our coats. We dry clean all our work clothes. We love the different options it provides depending on the type of material our garments are so that we make sure we don’t damage our clothes.

I’m still trying to learn how to best use this appliance. Samsung’s app makes using it easy, it’s not very common so it’s a bit difficult to research how people use it everyday

Seems to work as intended, I assumed it was going to be better about getting wrinkles out, but it is just ok on that front.

I have used my airdresser several times since purchasing and it does an awesome job. The big takeaway is that this appliance works as advertised, its not a miracle worker, it will not look like your clothes have been pressed. It will however freshen up clothes, and remove a lot of the wrinkles.

The airdresser looks very nice and compliments the other appliances in the laundry room well. If you manage your expectations, as in this unit does not replace an old-fashioned dry cleaning, you will be happy with it.
