Looks great. 1100 watts better than most over range microwaves. 400 cfm better than most over range microwave vents. Not for short people. Touchpad circuit board not dependable. Online reviews show better than competition.

This sits above my RANGE...love the white glass next to my white cabinets. its a perfect size inside unless you want to cook a turkey, but who would do that !

The light and fan "button" is too sensitive and too close to the handle. Every time I open the door the fan comes on. I still cannot figure out how to set the cloce.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Generally I only buy Samsung products because of the quality, but unfortunately, this is the worst microwave I've ever had. I've only had it a few months and now it 'overheats' and shuts itself off if heat anything more than 2.5 minutes or microwave two things consecutively, even if it's for a short amount of time. The only way I'm able to restart it is if I leave the microwave open for a half hour between uses to fully cool down. Having looked online, it's a common problem and I've tried everything the Samsung sites and forums recommend. (It's propertly installed, vents cleared, etc.) Perhaps Mine may have come with bad wiring or a faulty motherboard. I am trying to reach Samsung for help, but have had some difficulty. But shoppers beware, this microwave looks great but the overheating issue seems common and renders the appliance useless...

arrived with big dent in left side staff very RUDE young and untrained i was told i would need to return before they could order a replacement ! it took 2 months to get the dented one so i would be without a microwave for 2 more months and $680.00 i don’t recommend Best Buy and will never buy there again!!!!!!

I absolutely love this microwave. The smaller design allows for more over the range room to cook with freedom. It does an excellent job cooking and thawing. It connects to my smart things account and looks absolutely beautiful with its sleek white glass design.
