The look really sold this microwave for me. The all glass front makes it perfect for my kitchen setup. One feature I definitely use the most is the sensor cooking l. All you do is put the food in press the sensor button and it does the rest. Definitely recommend

This has been a great addition to our house replacing a 15 year old microwave. We were able to install it fairly easily, the only complications were around our own vent configurations and not due to anything with the microwave itself. We love the new features and more importantly we sit and watch the steam/smoke going out the vent as it should. No big deal for most, but we did not realize our previous vent fan was not operating properly. Thank you for the service and attention to make this happen so fast!

I think its a beautiful microwave. Love the color and size. I would highly recommend it tto people. Ive seen it before and thought it would be perfect. It matches my other appliances as well.im thinking about buying my mother the same one. It slightly more expensive but i think it will serve well. I also bought the matching stone and refrigerator so its going to looks great.

Another advantage is its connectivity features... you can receive notifications on your smart devices (TV, phone).Great minimalist design; when it's off, it looks like a screen, It gets dirty easily, but it's very easy to clean. I recommend it; it makes your kitchen look better.

It works great and fits in with my other appliances with the same brand. I really like how it’s connected to my app and get notifications. I can turn on the hood ventilation or lights on with the app with I like.

You might think all microwaves are the same but this microwave is truly amazing. Honestly I bought this model based on the color, the ability to close the door without waking the household and the Samsung name. I use one of the following settings almost daily; sensor cook, reheat, auto cook and defrost. What I’ve found is that the food is perfectly cooked. It’s not burned or rubbery from over cooking which I assume is from the sensor technology. I would buy this microwave again and I would give it five stars as it meets all of my needs.

I absolutely love this microwave! It was super easy to replace with our old Samsung ( it was 13 years old). I love the new updates and ease of use . The sleek design looks amazing with my 2 yr old Samsung gas stove. I also like that it’s so much quieter than my old microwave! And the beep is not as annoying either.

Beautiful and large microwave. It has plenty of cooking options but is also very simple to use. I do have a couple minor issues: First, it shows more fingerprints then I'd like, but it is black glass so it would be expected. Second, it's hard to see the food inside when cooking. The opaque portion of the door is too high up from the bottom so you have to get close enough to actuall look down into the window to see the food. I'm 5'11" and its an issue, so shorter people might have a real problem.

I thought you would gain features instead of lose features! Here are a few CONS (that I can think of): 1. I can't see inside when it's cooking. Therefore, my oatmeal does the volcano eruption thing! There's a black tinted 3-4 inch strip inside the bottom of the window... WHY??? 2. NO 30-sec or minute plus button or fast-cook buttons! My old one had a 30-sec quick start button. It also had press 1 for subtract 10 seconds from cooking and press 9 to add 10 seconds to cooking time. This one... you have to press the one minute button THEN THE START BUTTON! That's it. Nothing else. 3. STEAM ESCAPES THE BOTTOM FRONT OF THE DOOR when cooking. I think this is a defect! I attached a picture. It wouldn't let me attach the video. It steams the OUTSIDE of the door when you boil something inside! If steam escapes... I'm sure micro-waves do also! Maybe that's why it doesn't cook as fast as my old one. Same wattage! 4. Forget the popcorn button... The kernels didn't even pop! Had to manually set a time! 5. The buttons are very touchy. It always takes 2-3 touches for a number to pop up. SO FRUSTRATING! ** I'm sure the next time I use it, I can think of more! The only PRO is that it had the same mounting bracket as my old one and didn't have to drill new holes...

Every appliance i have is samsung! They just have the best designs on every competitor and reliability. The 65" oled tv i purchased has a great picture, sound, and design. Beautiful picture with a great refresh rate with variable refresh rate. You never see a glitch or a pixel because of that technology. And when it comes to gaming they are king!

I love this upgrade over my last microwave. It’s easy to use and there’s a chart on the inside jam that shows you the settings. I recommend this microwave especially if you have the matching range.

Bought this Microwave to match our new Refrigerator. Great luck having them both break. Once you learn to use the oven it works great.
