As far the microwave goes, it works great easy to install, looks modern, wifi works great. After returning my first one for a second one, both microwave did not match my white samsung fridge though.

Best microwave I have ever owned,once I was looking at other microwaves the salesperson that sold me my Bespoke Fridge they showed me the Bespoke microwave,great price and easy to use.

Wow this is an amazing microwave! It heats up so quickly, is very quiet and looks so sleek and clean. What a wonderful product i definitely enjoy the smart features on this appliance!!

Amazing microwave. It's gorgeous and futuristic, makes me feel inspired when I walk by it in my kitchen. The settings are more than you'll ever need as well, and the buttons are touch screen. Simply perfect.

The product works as intended once installed, but I ran into a couple of issues. When opening the door, the top right corner was rubbing and creating a noise. I had to make several adjustments to prevent it from catching, which could be a common problem for others as well. Another concern is the thinness of the bottom sheet. It bends and deforms quite easily during installation, making it tricky to handle without damaging it. Aside from these points, the product seems to function properly, but the build quality could definitely be improved.

Microwave is in perfect condition, it did not include the mounting hardware but wasnt hard to find it. Easy installation and perfect functionality so far

We had some problems ordering through Samsung(they did not resolve). We then ordered from Best Buy and actually ended up with the same delivery team RXO. The delivery team from RXO was horrible again! However, the difference is the Best Buy Best and sales were absolution amazing at resolving an issue They provided customer service the way it should be. So impressed with the Best Buy team. We will never order directly from Samsung again. Thank you. Ps, geek sqad for frame TV, hands down the best@@

Fantastic microwave. The whole family lives it. Love these bespoke appliances.

I love the microwave, but as another reviewer stated the color is off it is not the bright white. It is on my bespoke Samsung refrigerator. It’s very annoying to look up at the microwave and have it look off-white almost a dingy white compared to the white on my refrigerator so I am returning this. I just can’t look at that difference all the time. . Other than that, it’s great..

We Like The Size & The Glass That Matches Our Refrigerator, But Certain Features Not so Much Shows Fingerprints Terribly You Have To Punch In The Entire Time You Want Like 4:00 Not Like Our Other Microwave All You Had To Do Was Press 4 Also We Don’t Like the Cardboard Circle Inside On Top

Very good microwave that also looks great in the kitchen. Easy to understand menu selections and thorough even cooking and warming. Also easy to clean due to no handle and a smooth flat front.

This Microwave is beautiful and quiet. Works great. I have not used the connectivity yet, but I will soon. Very easy to use.

So far we love this microwave. The ease of the almost touch less buttons and the whole front panel moves to open the microwave. And I love the dark interior of it. We upgraded our microwave that was over 20 years old and I would purchase this one again. This also matches my BeSpoke refrigerator flawlessly, some said it did not match but mine is a perfect match.
