I love this fridge. I had a french door with a bottom drawer feeezer before this and my kids broke it because they were constantly using the drawer as a step stool to get into the fridge, which inevitability broke the freezer. When I was looking to replace it I didnt want a pull out drawer, but I also dont like the side by side option. I saw this one and thought it was weird looking at first but in a good, I've never seen something like that, kind of way. I shopped around online and went back into the store a few times, but always ended up back in front of this unit, so I took it as a sign and got it. It's big enough to hold food my 3 daughters and I. I like the beverage center and how it hsd a pitcher and a stream for the water, i also like that its within the fridge itself so it's not leaving streaks on the front of my fridge. The only design flaw is that the ice containers should have a higher back so when you scoop your ice out it doesnt fall out the back end onto the shelf below. It's fine if your going slow, but when do kids ever go slow? Aside from that i absolutely adore this fridge. I can change the outside panels to be different colors and switch between steel and glass options. I like to change the color scheme in my kitchen every once in a while and this option allows you to include the fridge in color changes. It also beeps when youve lect the fridge/ freezer open too long, but if you link it to your phone it will also alarm your phone. Ive been at work and got the alert and was able to call my eldest daughter to make sure the doors were closed before we lost all of our food or blew the compressor. You can also adjust how cold you want each area of the unit whicn is cool because i like my stuff colder than the average person.

I had always problems with children playing with the ice or water maker, this time they don't see it because is hide inside, and it is very roomy, i just love ❤️ my refrigerator and you have options to pick colores to put on the outside...i love it !!!!

The doors are absolutely beautiful, it sounds funny to call the refrigerator beautiful but it is. The doors were easy to install and look fabulous the only problem is getting the bottom doors because at the stock situation, but It will be worth the wait ! More picture when we have the lower doors on. Danny at the Wichita Falls location was wonderful helping us choose our refrigerator.

Nice design, good refrigerator. However, there are flaws in this refrigerator. The ice maker tray was broken after 6 months. See attached picture.

Got the blue panels, they don't show fingerprints, etc. Easy sliding shelves and drawers. Makes 2 types of ice. easy access to water pitcher and water flow. No handles in the way of my small kitchen, but very easy to open. Access to water filter without having to get down on my knees. Easy temp controls for both fridge and freezer. Smart app to my phone and Samsung TV. Would highly recommend.

Huge refrigerator. I love the bright lights inside. Love the water in the pitcher and the ice cubes and of course ice bites!

I absolutely love it! The ice maker could be better it’s a slow maker... & they could thrown in the wine rack... like come on Samsung it has the slot for it... BUT over all in all honesty I am very very much in love with it. Looking to redo the whole kitchen because of you, you little rascal you!

This Fridge is amazing on so many levels! Not only is it visually stunning in Matte black, but it’s so functional with the beverage center and flex areas. Never thought I could fall in love with fridge!

I absolutely love my fridge, the beverage center is my favorite part! It arrived in a timely manner with excellent friendly delivery.

Love my new refrigerator. It is very spacious and the look is very sleek. The only minor thing is that the ice will fall out when the bin is too full and you are trying to scoop it up. So far my family and I love it. It even tracks how many time the doors have been opened. My family and i use the infuser pitcher very much. It was worth the money.

Looks elegant and the best part is the beverage center. Totally worth it.

Excellent product so far. Although, make sure technicians don't scratch your walls when transporting it up the stairs since this fridge is quite wide and difficult to maneuver especially when turning corners.

Just what I was looking for and tons of space! The ice bites and Beverage Center is a great feature too, my kids can’t stop drinking water which is a good thing.

We finally decided on this refrigerator. Wished we had gotten it much earlier, everything is just perfect for our needs. The beverage center is so convenient from plain water to flavored you can both have it. The ice maker being separate from the bev center with 2 size options is genius no more cracked or broken glasses for us. The flex zone on the 4th door and 2nd crisper adds a lot of versatility to everyday use and special occasions. We can’t recommend this fridge enough. With the glass panels being customizable you can go to town. We chose white on the top and gray on the bottom to match our countertop and cabinet colors gives the kitchen that high end custom look.

Never thought I'd feel so good about an expensive refrigerator purchase, but here we are. My wife and I absolutely love this unit - lots of space on the inside, tons of flexibility, and the beverage center is a surprisingly essential feature we never knew we needed. I've seen some people say they've had issues with the ice machine - ours took a few days to get going (it says should be fine in 24 hours), but now works flawlessly (we go through a lot of ice per day). No noise issues or any other complaints. Samsung also has a deal right now where you can register your fridge to get a new set of panels, which we got our confirmation on recently. We'll likely end up buying other Bespoke appliances as a result.

I purchased this refrigerator to replace a Samsung model from 2 years ago that is having the infamous ice maker problems. This model has the ice maker where it belongs, in the freezer! This is a great refrigerator with a beautiful design and great customization options. The beverage center is also a great feature. I would highly recommend you check it out in the store first to make sure you love it.
