Customer Ratings & Reviews

I've been extremely impressed with my Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. The design is modern, elegant, and fits perfectly in my kitchen. The customizable appearance gives it a premium look, while the spacious interior keeps everything organized and easy to find. The Beverage Center and smart features are incredibly convenient, and the cooling performance has been excellent. It runs quietly, looks amazing, and feels like a true upgrade from my previous refrigerator. Overall, this is one of the best appliances I've ever owned. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke to anyone looking for style, innovation, and reliability in one package.

It was one of the best choices we made, we were looking for a refrigerator that was modern and at the same time spacious, because we had children at home the space was our biggest concern, smart refrigerator, I can control it remotely with an app on my cell phone, quick cooling mode for when we put something at room temperature, large freezer, large screen with several usage options, such as YouTube, recipe app, app to make drawings and collage photos that I really love to use with my son among many others. The only thing left to be desired is that the ice machine only fills a little less than half of the storage containers, both large and small cubes, but it's not something that's a big problem! We absolutely love our refrigerator <3 !

This fridge is the best purchase I've made all year!! The Family Hub screen has been a game-changer for our family of 7. We have our calendar synced so everyone knows our busy schedule, we have chore lists on display so the kids can check off their tasks, we play music on it every morning, and so many more perks. The fridge itself functions very well, it gets cold fast, the water pitcher is so convenient, we love the small ice pellets, & it is very roomy. So many pros! As far as cons, the only thing I can think of is that there aren't a lot of ledges for moving the shelves higher/lower to create a variety of options for shelf placement. We were able to arrange them just perfectly to fit our needs though so it is not a big problem.

This refrigerator has exceeded my expectations in both design and performance. The cooling is consistent, the compartments are thoughtfully laid out, and the build quality feels very solid. It runs quietly, offers plenty of storage, and the freezer is spacious enough for bulk items. The energy efficiency is also noticeable, which makes it a cost-effective investment. Overall, an excellent appliance that combines functionality with style. Best fridge I’ve owned stylish, practical, and super reliable.

This is a beautiful fridge. It was just delivered today so still figuring it out, but so far so good. It has some great features and we will not miss the external water/ice dispenser we had on our last fridge. The beverage center water pitcher is always full & has a little infuser cup if you are so inclined. This looks sleek in our kitchen with the other Bespoke appliances we bought & I love the auto open door & the flex zone drawer that has 5 temp settings including "soft freeze". Also, regular ice AND "ice bites" ..can't wait!

I upgraded from a side by side because I just didn’t have enough space. This one had been perfect for what I need. Lots of space. The only things I would mention that are not necessarily downsides but little things that slightly bother me are the doors don’t hold much and I have more need for door space for condiments and whatnot than what I can do with these ones and there’s not much room to maneuver the shelves. Also the ice dropping into the freezer is great but it doesn’t fill up enough to maintain my household. It stops at a certain level and I have to pull all of the ice forward to make more space in the back so it will continue making it. Neither issue are a deal breaker. I’d have still bought it even knowing what I know now.

This fridge is very nice solid and runs great. Love all the features it has especially the small and large ice maker and the auto refill water pitcher. Still learning what else I can do with the screen, I'm sure it gets better.

One of the best refrigerators so far. I love the jug apartment, the screen that captures everything you put in and take out of fridge, and self opening doors.

Cool fridge and easy to use, we could control most if the stuffs from the phone. AI vision sometimes doesnt detect some food stuffs but most of the time it does. Fridge is good but the display app i would say a 3 star. The sound of the display is mono stereo so we will be annoyed with it while playing songs on it. I could link most of the smart devices to the fridge even though Some of the apps have a lag like my thermostat. Altogether fridge is great but the display a 3 star

Enjoy a beautifully designed refrigerator that truly elevates your home. Since we spend so much time in the kitchen, it's the perfect spot for family moments—kids love watching cooking videos and using Alexa. Plus, with a variety of features like photos and calendars already loaded, this refrigerator makes your everyday life easier and more fun.

The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is One word - Awesome. I love the space that we have inside. The family hub is a great addition. It keeps our family on schedule. I would recommend this refrigerator.

This refrigerator has completely changed the way my family interacts with food and with each other. The touchscreen makes it easy to leave notes, track groceries, and even stream music while we cook. The internal cameras let me check what’s inside from my phone while I’m at the store—no more wasted trips or forgotten items. The cooling is consistent, the storage layout is well thought out, and the finish adds a premium look to our kitchen. It feels less like an appliance and more like a true hub for our household. If you’re on the fence, this is one of those purchases that pays you back every single day.

I’m in love with our new Fridge!!! Glad of the purchase and it stores a lot. She’s a beauty

I think I like it. The features are great and with smart features I can do a lot

Best refrigerator ever, big screen, like tv and camera inside lets you see what you got there!!!

I have seen the future and it is the Samsung Bespoke Refrigerators!! This refrigerator is amazing!! I have never actually grabbed a stool and sat down in front of one just to "play" with it!! The AI functionality of seeing what goes in and out, being able to open it with your voice by saying "open fridge door", the smart things integration doing my oven settings on it then sending to the oven is great!!

I absolutely love this fridge! It’s beautiful. Works well. Love that it makes two kinds of ice. Definitely recommend

Purchased and had it delivered. Deleey guy deopped the front end hard. Whether or not that caused isses, im not sure but the freezer door was hard to open, and the water dispenser door would not open, at all. Returned, and was delivered a 2nd one which works great. It does have a minor issue with the shelf that slides back, but Samsung customer care is sending a new shelf. Love it! The water pitcher auto fill is amazing, no more waiting for bottles to fill.

Beautiful fridge with lots of well thought out uses of space. The drink center and snack areas are very unique with the ability to adjust temp in snack drawer. The screen is an interesting addition that seems like it has potential, but it is limited to the apps that Samsung has included. There is no app store which limits u to the scope Samsung has decided on! Including the use of Samsung voice service Bixby or Alexa. Google assistant (which we happen to use) is no where to be found.

Good Quality. Good Service Good Samsung Refrig work exselent
