A: This was tricky to figure out but you have to unlock the control panel to access it. Hold down "door alarm" button for 3 seconds until it chimes and the lock symbol goes away. Then press the ice maker or autofill pitcher to adjust. You can press the alarm button to relock it if needed.
A: I had to move the ice forward for it to fill the bins completely because it just pulled all the ice in the back. Once I did that it filled the bins more.
