Beautifully made oven. Easy to use. It bakes well and the microwave works great.

I’ve had this oven for three months and it’s an absolute dream! All the cooking modes are amazing and I’ve used most of them: air fry, bread proofing (swoon), air sous vide, ect. I love the app and the camera feature too, I can put something in the oven and go workout and just check the camera on my phone. The ability to create a split zone is also game changing and made Thanksgiving a breeze this year.

There are many options for cooking. A must have if you have to cook different meals at once. We have all the major appliance's in the kitchen from Samsung bespoke. They integrate to the kitchen system very nice since we are able to take advantage of the SmarThings system. We like the fact that both are convention oven and also the bottom can be use as airfriger.

This oven is great, works well and cooks evenly. It even has a place to put water for steam so your food isn't cooked too dry. There is some getting used to on the menu screen. What I really like is that it is connected to the smart things network and can notify you when preheating is ready and when food is done cooking. It is also great you can preheat the oven from you phone from outside the house. Truly convenient for saving some time.

I have not received this item yet - so this is not a review on the item but on the transaction/order experience. I created an order online and right after I made the purchase I noticed that the color I choose for the oven was matte black instead of stainless steel. I quickly contacted best buy using the chat feature. I was told to order the oven again on another order and they would cancel the first oven order. I ordered the second oven and after about a week I checked my order status and my credit card transactions and the original oven order was not canceled. I again contacted best buy online using the chat feature and I was told that if I cancel the oven on the first order then I would lose the bundle promotion - I wasn't told this when I first contacted best buy. I asked if they could simply change the trim style on the oven but I was told that if we made any adjustments to the online order that I would lose the bundle promotion. The bundle promotion was I would receive $450 in best buy gift cards with the purchase of three appliances. So I had to cancel the entire order - how does that help anyone? Best Buy didn't want to give me gift cards to their store - that I would most likely use to purchase things worth way more than $450, so I had to cancel my $7000 appliance purchase with Best Buy (sounds like a pretty terrible deal for everyone)... I decided to just go into the store and talk to someone in person - the first person I talked to said "its not my money so if you want to cancel your order you should cancel your order" - I asked to talk to a store manager. When I explained the situation to the manager they said that they would figure something out that made sense - and in fact they were able to find a better promotion for me (I got a free range hood), I signed up for a Best Buy card and I saved $650 on the order, and I received $250 in gift cards. The manager also set me up with a project manager that I can work with directly when they deliver and install the appliances. This manager is the reason that I'm giving 5 starts - they were extremely helpful and made me happy that I came into the store. I learned my lesson - I won't purchase any other items from Best Buy online and when I go into the store I'm going to work with the manager that I worked with for this transaction.

I ordered this Samsung based on its dimensional fit as well as its glass-front design. It matched my existing kitchen cabinets with little modifications and it matched my existing glass-front appliances perfectly. I installed this a week before Christmas '25, so I've only used this Samsung for the past 4 weeks; though it is the same high-end design and manufacture quality as my existing Samsung TV. I will continue to purchase Samsung appliances.

It is beautiful and very optimal ,only reason for 4 maybe because could be considered expensive, technology for a over maybe be not appreciate, I would find this one for example without camera and less expensive, For example I do not consider good idea leave home with something in the oven, but I payed in full and do not regret, but to be honest if there was a economic option without technology but with the same look and Samsung quality I will choose happily

Intuitive and responsive touch screen, modern aesthetic, good quality. The flex duo option is neat. The microwave heats food more evenly than the 14 year old GE Profile combo oven it replaced. We've only used the oven 4-5 times. It gets the job done (heats quickly and evenly). Air fry / convection is nice but it will take some experimentation to get the perfect French fries or chicken wings.

Beautiful, practical device loaded with every feature any cook would want. Straightforward design the has yielded excellent results

I purchased the Bespoke Samsung double oven because I needed this product to assist in my baking needs. I do a side baking business and it will allow me to do several things at one time. The only thing I am not liking is that i miss the loud timer going off when baking is done. The music it plays is not loud enough.

We love the multiple cooking options that this combination wall oven provides. Beautiful addition to our “bespoke” kitchen!

looks great with the white glass front, easy to install. it's a heavy beast and rock solid. works as advertised.

So far the product is super nice. The only thing that’s annoying is it didn’t come with any instructions about what accessories could be used in the microwave vs oven.

My wife and I love the glass look from this and very easy to clean. We have this model in stainless steel already. And love it.
