Love the larger capacity (5.3 cu. ft.) that lets me wash my loads quicker. At first I thought the digital commands were going to be hard to use. It is so easy even my husband can wash a load correctly. Had my old Samsung washer and dryer seventeen years. I was very attached to them and was almost sad to let them go. They were still working but I wanted a larger capacity. I am so glad I stayed with Samsung. We researched all brands and became so confused. They all had good and bad reviews. So we went on 17 years of great service with our old Samsung units. Love, love love this unit. I would rcommend this unit to everyone.

My wife and i really love this washer so far, especially the smart features, we like when our alexa announces when our loads are done. The unit itself is quite sleek and nice to look at as well. We really like the customizable load settings in smart things app. I cant really think of any negatives besides i thought this one had the soap reservoir where you can do a bunch of loads without refilling soap. But its not.

I love this washer! This washer has many cycles from delicates to heavily soiled items. My phone alerts me when the cycle has finished. I now have the luxury of washing my comforters at home as this washer can accommodate a queen size comforter and wash it thoroughly. Best decision I made choosing this washer.

So far so good control panel is easy to use don’t plan to use WiFi alerts at this time

The washer is awesome, it cleans the clothes perfectly. I don’t know why I didn’t buy it sooner. It analyzed the type of clothing, so the wash could be more precise. It haves a lot of options, to make the washing. And when you use the dryer it takes less time. It’s great!!!!

The best washer in the industry! This washer has some great features, too many to list. This washer has a very sleek minimalist high tech design, and matches well with the dryer.

The washer is 30 min faster than my old LG on normal. The controls are a bit simplistic if you want minimilist style. I think i still prefer buttons for everything even if i dont use them all. The wifi notification is nice to let me know when the cycle is done. Its deep for the slightly bigger drum. May want a pedestal if u r tall. Can be harder to reach to the back. Overall.. i would buy again.

Very satisfied with purchase. Sales personnel were very efficient. Delivery personnel very efficient. I had two different deliveries. Had washer/dryer combo and 75” TV. Both crews were polite and professional.
