A: Mine does same…I can only guess it is circulation of air. In convection bake it is intended to run, however not sure in bake only function why. Sorry, manufacturer needs to explain this action.

A: No, no ranges come with power cords they are purchased separate. It is per the warranty of thee stove if you use an old cord not a new one your warranty will be void on your stove. By the way I love this stove
