This dryer is amazing! I love how smart they got with the lint trap being and enclosed basket!! Make a world of difference when pulling it out! I also have not had to restart the dryer and everything comes out dry and I wash a ton of clothes. We own a rescue so it’s daily sometimes 2 xs a day large loads.

Phenomenal item stacked with a kit. Versatile and quality of life improvement. Living in a Full house with randoms users allows for an easy wifi linked set of reminders for all house mate that use it.

The washer is big and it’s fits my space just right. I was not very sure about the AI functionality but it is my best functionality so far. The machine has a very pleasant sound when it’s done

The tech in these are amazing! Both the washer and dryer are ultra quiet. We are a big Samsung using family. Why does this matter? Outside quality made and innovative they all talk to each other. I get a notice on my Samsung TV /phone when one of the units have completed a load. I would recommend this product to anyone. The Total Tech service was another story. Very helpful customer service but the third party company they use for installation are horrible. Took three appointments to the house and included me buying installation parts (that I was assured the installers would have)before the third to get the units install.

Dryer is a beautiful blue-almost black color; reminds you to clean the filter; sleek and stylish; quiet; let’s you know when the clothes are dry; lots of dryer space; a must have.

This is the most AMAZING appliance I have ever had. The digital display with its many functions and the smartness of the machine helps to save on electricity and only provides what the load calls for. Its quiet and even plays musical tones when finished. My personal favorite is the tennis shoe rack that sits nicely inside which allows the shoes to dry without tumbling around in the dryer. I highly recommend this machine and would purchase another one

The delivery service is the worst, having been rescheduled five times, but the product itself is excellent. Has all the bells and whistles and functions you could possibly need in a washer. We bought the washer (silver steel). We like the new look of the Bespoke series, as well as the AI features. Finally, our last Samsung washer and dryer lasted 8 years and is still in use at the new owner's home. We've used it several times since it was deployed yesterday. We're looking forward to using the washer's steam function. My daughter typically takes numerous items to the cleaners; now she can steam and hang them here, saving herself a lot of money.
