The machine came in a open box which was never replaced by best buy. Try several times,machine itself is ok.

Extremely fragile. We have TotalTech protection and we still got 2 broken panels. I didn't cost us anything, but it delayed the finish date of the house

Terrible placement by best buy and samsung. Not a dishwasher, this isn't the deal of a lifetime. Despite the item title, it is a 7 lb piece of plastic that requires scheduling delivery from a freight company and an optional $150 install, and an option to haul your old one away. Extremely misleading.

Upset and very disappointed on how they described this product, its not a dishwssher, its a feaking panel. Why on earth would they send emails saying gwtting prepared for the installation of the dishwasher, what the heck? Why would they give you a checklist to make sure it would fit if its just a panel. So upsetting
