Q: Does this come with 2 batteries?
A: This particular unit only has one. A seperate battery can be purchased. The next level,AI unit has 2 batteries.
Q: We need to unplug the clean station cord after fully charged ?
A: I leave mine plugged it all the time. One thing I’ve learned though is to double check I’ve snapped the bottom closed before using (after dumpin)
Q: Does this vacuum come with two batteries?
A: It only comes with one.
A: Not that I can tell - mine charges while the entire thing is in place (on charging base).
A: Wall or floor is fine for this unit.
A: The bag is in the front of the station. The front cover comes off easily and the new bags get inserted easily as well. As far as your question about how long it takes for the bag to fill up is concerned, that would depend on how much and what you are vacuuming up. I am usually only vacuuming kitty litter and kibble so I only have to replace the bag maybe every 4 or 5 weeks. If you are vacuuming pet hair or something of that consistency then you would have to re- place the bags more often.
Q: Can this be used without the brush?
A: Yes, it can be used without any accessories included. This includes the accessory pole.
Q: There’s a pet odor coming out from the vacuum when you turn it on so how can I get rid of the smell?
A: That happens with any bagged vac and the trick I found is to put some essential oils in the bag when I put a new one in or suck up a nice helping of crystals for washer machine use to mask the smell.
