Saul sim doesn’t not work, disappointment they think it’s the one I bought does not support 2 sim and it’s a fluke but I don’t agree.

The salesman was great .I told him My current phone was Samsung a-11 He said we don't sell the A-11's but we have the A-12 . The A-12 was a perfect fit for me I was able to modify my otter box to fit the phone and also all the other accessories I bought for the A-11 I had my new phone and out the door in 20 minutes and it's a great phone

Slow and get really hot in 5 days, much better phones available in same price

I bought this for my son as his first phone. Good phone, just don't expect the same performance as one of Samsung's flagship phones. You also are only paying under $200 for a smartphone, not $1800 for a pocket computer. So far does what son needs it to do.

Good starter phone. Durable batterlife is great. Would recommend for a teenager

This was great for my son and inexpensive compared to most phones! We didn't need to pay every month for a phone and it made it cheaper for us! He liked the size and flexibility. I also like that it was unlocked so could be used with any carrier. I would buy this again!

This is not the best Samsung phone. This is an entry level, capable smartphone. The Galaxy S and Note series are phenomenal, but are four times the price. This is an affordable phone with a Mediatek MT6765 Octa-core 2.3Ghz processor, 3gb ram memory and 32gb built in storage for multitasking and games. If needed you can add up to an 1 TB Micro SD card for larger capacity for videos, music and photos. With a 5,000 mAh battery you will have battery life to last all day and fast charging allows complete recharging in a few hours. This phone offers a 6.5 inch, edge to edge HD display for more viewing area and optimal clarity. Android 10 operating system for the latest features and security. Bluetooth and WiFi capability. Unlocked for any carrier for convenience and travel abroad. This phone offers no water resistance. This phone is simple to setup and use. Very nice, quality build and sturdy feeling in your hand. Gloss black color. Takes great photos for an entry level smartphone but dont expect it to compete with a $600-$1200 phone. Camera shutter can be delayed very occasionally.

My Samsung S8 had taken a beating over the years, so I purchased this as a replacement; So far not too bad. It is an international phone, and there were some small challenges to activate (Verizon is my service provider). One of the slots for my SIM card would not read when inserted, so we switched to the other slot and it worked. It took a couple of hours to have all the apps I use downloaded and operating, including adjusting various settings, but overall the process was smooth. The reason for the 'upgrade' title (and 4-stars) is that this phone is more of an entry phone, a small step down from my S8; Something I found out when the tech guy assisted me in the transfer. This phone does not have as good of a camera as my S8 did, and the processor is a tad slower. But it looks great, feels comfortable, and have experienced smooth browsing so far. And as mentioned in the title, I will give it a run in my travels next week and see how it operates out of town.

Worked great for a year and then one morning I got "no internet connection"!! and I have WiFi in home, and at work. Even the Geek Squad could not fix it. It was determined that i t was defection direct from the maker

Good entry level or replacement phone especially for someone looking for a basic phone that doesn't cost a lot. Cons is that it only has 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage, but it gets the job done.

This was a great buy for mum and she really likes it. Easy to use and video call.
