Runs slow and often takes 2 full seconds just to open to the home screen.

I WAS TOLD BY THE EMPLOYEE IF WE GOT NEW PHONES AND CHANGED OUR PLAN THAT OUR BILL WOULD BE LOWER. SHE ASSURED ME THIS WOULD BE SO. NOPE. JUST DON'T DO IT.
