Samsung A17 mobile phone

I bought this as an unlocked phone. I made it crystal clear from 3 officers working at best buy. When i brough home it was locked only for verizon. Best joke is when i contacted Verizon as this was fully paid by me they checked and checked and told me its an unlock phone when th ephone is locked. They said its an manufacturing fault. When i returned the unit they deducted 45$ saying some store charges or something, for no fault of mine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
