Product was sold as refurbished excellent condition but after only one week the phone started having issues with the speaker phone and the phone shutting down saying that it's overheating but the phone isn't hot so it stops making calls, I would think that if you were selling a phone refurbished an excellent condition it wouldn't have so many problems that should have been checked.
