The Samsung Galaxy Book 15-Inch is a well-rounded laptop that delivers on multiple fronts - from design and performance to display and portability. It's a suitable choice for professionals seeking a reliable workhorse, as well as content consumers who appreciate a visually pleasing experience. However, potential buyers should consider checking for updates or newer models as technology evolves rapidly and newer options might be available.

I have owned a Macbook Air since 2018 (2018 and a 2020 one) and I couldn’t stand it. As much as I love iPhones and having an iPad, I couldn’t stand my Macbook. I am a full time college student, going to school to become a teacher, where I will be using a laptop a lot. My Macbook was not cutting it. I use Google Docs, Slides, Photos, Chrome for everything, and using those products on an Apple laptop was where I went wrong. I barely even knew how to navigate the Macbook even after having it for so long. I hated that everything was synced from my phone to my laptop. I love this laptop. It’s amazing in size, beautiful, fast, and works like a dream. The screen is a little dull at certain angles. But, it’s because it’s a touch screen that works super well. I am so happy for this purchase. Thanks, Samsung. Can’t wait to use this for the rest of college and take it to teach with me!

Not the strongest and not the fastest, but I only use it for college so writing essays, meetings, and power points. So its perfect for me. Has a decently long battery life and its touch screen which is a cherry on top. As buying a 1k macbook doesn't sound right to me. I also had this laptop for over a year and not experienced a single problem yet!

I haven't had any issues with this computer. It's really fast and reliable. I like that it is touchscreen also.

Bought this open-box excellent. Came without any problems or scratches. The computer runs pretty fast. I ended up uninstalling most of the unneeded Samsung bloatware. I had a Surface Laptop Studio with pretty much the same specs for 1/3 of the cost. Screen, speakers and design are definitely not as nice here, but it’s not necessary for me. They work well for a medium-priced laptop. I’d most likely buy this device/brand again in the future.

I walked into the store last night with intention of buying the pioneer 65” $299.00 tv. That is until I met “Garin” working the TV section and he was finishing another sell. He started telling me about I should by a little nicer TV, with Garins help I upgraded to the Samsung 65” CU 7000. Through the whole process I did not realize I was being led to better product which would lead to much more enjoyment.

The added 3rd button to the bottom of the number pad throws off the 10-key function. Other than that, it is a nice laptop.

Poor quality. In less than 14 months the mechanism that opens the screen broke. This computer pretty much stayed at my desk. I opened it one morning, heard cracking, and this piece popped out. Not under warranty of course. I have several laptops that have lasted a decade, but not Samsung. I won’t buy another Samsung for sure.

I've had a pretty great experience with the device. Build quality excellent due to the metal construction (a bit heavy, but it is to be expected). Sound was good as the dolby atmos helps with audio quality despite laptop speakers being small and downward firing. The processor is snappy and handled multitasking like a champ. The Iris Xe Max graphics it's paired with is able to pull some decent weight in FPSs like Valorant/Apex and MOBAs. Port selection I/O was good, but I do wish that it was a full size SD card reader instead of a micro one and an ethernet port. Screen was OK, not that great viewing angles and has a hazy image; but I can live with that as a compromise since the other aspects of the device is good to great. But it is matte and a touch screen, so it is still a big plus in my book. This being a Samsung product, it has the myriad of features and apps that allow it to function smoothly side by side other Samsung products. The ecosystem has developed quite nicely as much of hiccups and lag when transitioning between devices is gone. One the biggest selling point of this device is that the charger is similar to that of the USB-C tablets/phones (it comes with a 45W fast charger). It is a great addition IMHO as this allows you to bring 1 less charging brick with you, and it is not that large to boot. While battery life is decent, at least it can fast charge. Now to the not so great to "bad" stuff of the device. Webcam is only decent, microphone the same way. Keyboard has no backlight and it's somewhat cramp even my small hands; additionally the key travel is short but that is a preference thing. The fans are constantly on even when idle, though at least the fans aren't too loud and don't have a high pitched noise. Track pad, is bad and feels cheap. Honestly, I would have given it a 3 stars... if I had payed the original price, but at the price I got it (which is around $200 less than retail price) it was an excellent laptop with compromises in the right areas. Sadly, I had to return it as I encountered a few issues with it. The USB ports were tight (it was so tight that it bent my logitech mouse receiver, luckily it didn't damage the laptop). And the keyboard was acting up; when I used any of the bottom left keys it always triggered the windows key as well.

Love my computer, visually it's beautiful, has a good amount of storage i play sims on here with loads of cc, doesnt run the fastest but it doesnt lag when i start my game. Definitely would be good for regular use if it withstands all this on a daily basis it can do normal everyday things ultra smoothly. Battery life is great during everything but my gameplay so for that i keep it plugged in. Love it!

When you purchase a computer, you want it to do it all and to do it efficiently. This one has premium features, mixed with some basic and middle ones. Touchscreen I consider premium because at the price range it sits, it's a cool perk Processor: i5 is definitely mid at this point when you compare it to i9 but it doesn't mean it's not great, it just happens to be older. RAM: running basic tasks (which should be your point to buy this computer) doesn't require much RAM, but guess what? The RAM this one runs through along its processor, it's very capable to run Power BI flawlessly. HD : again, unless you're shooting videos 4k and stuff like that, its HD is large enough for basic tasks. Run Photoshop and Premiere without any fuss. I also use it for Adobe Audition which leads me to talk about the sound card. It's good, real good for the price Graphics: I don't have a problem with the video card, smooth transitions with high definition quality Ports: you got HDMI, USB (2), Ethernet and SD. All great and enough for physical external connections

Initial Laptop purchased had to be returned in less than 30 days, due to touch screen becoming unresponsive. Geek Squad was unable to resolve hence the return, new one arrived after several days. No issues with new laptop, love that its not heavy, its easy to set up, fast charging and runs smooth while running several windows. I would recommend. I wish it had lights in the keyboard.

Just purchased the Samsung Galaxy Book and I'm enjoying it so far. It's fast, it was easy to download the programs. It's light and just the right size. This is my first Samsung and I'm excited about this new purchase.
