First Samsung laptop I've owned. Great purchase! Fast speeds on everything especially day-to-day things. Lots of internal storage with sleek and appealing design. Would highly recommend!

The laptop is excellent—silent, fast, everything we need for basic desktop computing, managing home-based business and streaming the occasional movie. The sound quality is also great. The trackpad with its multitouch gestures feels very similar to a Mac (a good thing!) in its ease of use. I couldn’t ask for more.

This laptop is light and easy to carry. the keys are easy to type with. It is a great buy. The screen is clear and easy to read. The speed is excellent. I purchased 4 laptops and had to return them. This is an excellent buy. I would highly recommend it.

I have only had the laptop for 6 days, but it runs fast & has good battery life. The laptop is also very light weight. Best laptop I've owned thus far. I trust Samsung products as they are made to last.

Excellent daily driver for the price and the fact it doesn’t have a fan due to the snapdragon X, makes it super quiet and a lightweight.

As someone about to start college, I’m really happy with the Samsung Galaxy Book4 Edge so far. It’s lightweight and easy to carry, which will be really convenient for taking it to classes, the library, and study sessions. It runs smoothly for schoolwork, browsing, and everyday tasks, and the display looks great. I also really like how sleek and modern it feels without being too bulky. Overall, I think it’s a great laptop for a college student and I’m excited to use it throughout my college years.

This laptop is great for anything most people do, the snapdragon X processor allows the fast performance where you never have to wait for anything, further the battery life is good and can last a fun day especially with light tasks but can also do light gaming. Samsung also has exclusive features so makes a great purchase for those with other samsung devices, but if you don't use other samsung devices you will miss out on a few features.

As someone who recently switched from a Mac book to this it’s been wonderful with better processors quicker

I love the speed and technology of this laptop—not to mention the color and perfect size. I’m a university student and I recommend it 100%; it’s very easy to use and great for doing assignments.

There nothing i dislike about! It runs fast, no freeze so far, charges fast then the battery lasts for 3 to 4 days without charging

Amazing laptop, I bought it openbox (excellent) for around $522.⁰⁰ which is a great price for the laptop though, it wasn't technically in excellent condition as it had a little cosmetic damage, (thus the 4 stars) even then its a great machine.

Great screen! I love that it ia compatible with all my Samsung devices. Easy to set up and updates automatically.

I’m extremely disappointed with this laptop. After a relatively short period of use, it started crashing with a HYPERVISOR_ERROR (0x20001) blue screen, making it unreliable for everyday work. I’ve tried the usual troubleshooting steps, but the problem keeps coming back. What makes this even worse is that I bought this laptop while I was in the United States, and I’ve since returned to Egypt. Because of that, I’m unable to return or exchange it through Best Buy, leaving me stuck with an expensive device that has a serious issue. I expected much better quality and reliability for the price. If you’re considering buying this laptop, be aware.

Not sure for others how this product was for them. Attached is an image...it has been stuck like this for about 20 minutes. And sadly I'm past the return period. I have other issues of having trouble turning it on and with the updates, sadly. Not for me but I do hope it has worked well for others!
