I’ve been using the Galaxy Book4 Ultra for professional work, for my 3d renders, autocad, sketchUp and Moffice and it is truly an outstanding machine. The 16" AMOLED display is the best I’ve seen on a laptop—colors are vibrant and the contrast is perfect for detailed design work. Performance-wise, the Intel Core Ultra 7 and the RTX 4050 handle 3D modeling and heavy multitasking without any lag. It’s remarkably thin and light for a "Pro" laptop, and the build quality feels very premium. If you’re already in the Samsung ecosystem, the integration features are a huge time-saver. Highly recommended for anyone needing a portable powerhouse.

This computer is a powerhouse. I love it. Snappy, intuitive and just a fabulous all around device.

I was really excited for this laptop with the Intel Core Ultra CPU for their efficiency cores. I travel a lot for work so battery life is super important, but also appreciate the ability to play some games back at the hotel. + Screen is gorgeous + Felt light for its size + I didn't hear any fan noise during the day +/- I'm realistically going to get 8 hours of battery doing work and 6-7hrs before feeling worried about finding a power outlet. I don't need to do anything intense on my machine, just lots of Microsoft Office stuff, gmail and video meetings. Most of the online reviewers use benchmarking tools like Modern Office, or run netflix related streaming tests for battery life, but that did really cover my use case. +/- I miss windows hello with camera, but the fingerprint reader is real fast +/- Giant touchpad almost seems too big - Teams and Zoom calls drained battery fast. I'm usually going to be connected to a powerline if I'm taking video calls, but if I had to take 3hrs of virtual meetings, I'd probably be done. - After hitting 15% I plugged in and got to 38% in 30 minutes while working. Had hoped for a little better with the 140w charger. - Turns out I really dislike offset keyboards because of the numpad. I didn't realize how much I used the arrow keys at work and I'm having trouble overcoming muscle memory - The keys are more noticeably shallow than they are in the showroom when you're standing. WASD gaming is painful. - I didn't set up a HW monitor for wattages, but system is really throttled when running games on battery

The Samsung Galaxy Book 4 Ultra lives up to its name by offering excellent Nvidia RTX-driven performance, a vibrant 16-inch OLED display, a svelte lightweight design and incredible battery life. Even if you don’t care for the Samsung apps it comes with, this is an all-around excellent Windows laptop. Pros: +Lightweight design +Gorgeous 16-inch OLED display +Powerful RTX performance +Roomy keyboard +Excellent battery life Cons: NONE

Great screen quality, battery life and fluid design. A great middle-tier laptop that can even play some games Only concern is the ARM processor isn't supported by some cloud sync storage services like Box. You can use their browser versions, but can't install and run their syncing applications. Sounds like it's a Box issue they have no desire to fix.

This is a great machine if you do a lot of photo editing, video editing, or probably games (I don't play enough to comment). The AMOLED display is excellent. It has a huge touchpad that works well, though I usually use a mouse. Touch screen is also good, and I find I use the pad, screen or mouse, as needed for any given situation. Battery life is just so-so, but that's not unexpected with a high-end graphics system. The charger is huge so it can both run the machine and charge it. It would be nice if it had a 2TB SSD, but that would raise the already fairly steep price. I got an open box special that helped a lot. Without that I would have had to settle for a lesser machine. This our second Samsung laptop and they are both excellent.

Great computer so far. A little disappointed the S Pen doesn’t work with the Book 4 Ultra even though Samsung help bot said it did. It wasn’t until I bought the S Pen Creator Edition which Best Buy told me worked with the computer, that I had to spend 30 min waiting for a real person at Samsung to tell me that in fact the Book 4 Ultra does not support the S Pen. Of course this was all discovered after I couldn’t return it for the Book 4 Pro 360. Still baffles me why all the Book 4’s except the most expensive, is compatible with the S Pen. So 4 stars for the company and Best Buy for not specifically saying the Ultra 4 does not support the S Pen instead of having misleading wording on their website and bot helper.

This laptop is the best, and easy to use easy to navigate, the velocity is perfect. Do not think two times, just get one. I really recommend. Thank you Samsung.

Full disclosure, I loathe leaving bad reviews and tend to be a happy go lucky guy. I bought this thing in an emergency when my other laptop died after 6 faithful years of engineering/graphics use. What wasn't immediately apparent to me is the RAM is NOT upgradeable/the chips are hard soldered onto the chassis on the Galaxy4 Ultra's. The native touch screen monitor is very nice BUT it does NOT play well with a second Samsung (new) monitor. If I move a software tab from one screen to the other, particularly nasty things tend to happen whereby horrible truncation or text scaling goes full chimp erratic, then trying to reverse the screens back fixes ... NOTHING, even more chaos ensues. I have tried installing Samsung graphics enhancement apps with zero success. Things I did routinely on a 6-year laptop cannot be matched by this lump. I can only run a couple of medium memory demand programs on this thing before I am outta RAM. I absolutely hate this pile of nothing. Funny Thing, Samsung Construction is a long-term client of mine. They are actually one of the biggest general contractors in the world and have made the tallest building on the planet the "Burj Khalifa" but I will not be using their laptops to do any more of their design-build projects for them ... am DONE ...

Works better than my HP i7 even though the HP has more memory. Better display and the back lit keyboard helps a while bunch. Great laptop. Fast, cool and quiet. I the new Samsung added to my Samsung Samsung account. Nice apps come with the Notebook that is uniquely Samsung. Love. Especially the clarity of the display.

The laptop runs many games smoothly and is very quiet when needed. I'm able to use it to play Valorant and I'm also able to use it during my lectures without it getting loud

Love it overall but found it bulkier and missed the 360/pen. Traded back for the Book4 Pro 360. As long as 360/pen aren't critical, this was a great deal at $1899 on sale!!!

really good performance after update, battery life is around 4 hours for 80% when not gaming

A macbook cannot compare. You can edit, browse and multitask WITH gaming on a single machine! 3k OLED too? Say less. You even get touch screen on a creator machine.
