if you have a samsung no need to add to what you already know, but if not, get ready for more things innovative.

What can I say... I upgraded from a Note 10 and I am very happy with my purchase. I loved my Note 10, but there are defiantly some improvements with this phone. However, one thing that i call an improvement that others may be turned off about is the the weight and thickness. Its a little heavy, but to me it feels like a well built piece of equipment and and not flimsy phone. The screen is bright and clear and it takes great pictures. I am on the phone almost all day and the larger battery is a plus not having to worry about charging as much. The stylus is more responsive and there are some new features, that i have not dug into as of yet. Another thing i call and improvement is that they moved the buttons to the right side of the phone, this may be small to some people but it was pretty big to me. I was always hitting those buttons by accident when holding my phone with my left hand. Lastly the phone is a little more peppy than my Note10 was. The improved processor is noticeable. All in all i would recommend the Ultra to anyone who does mind the extra weight on an larger phone.

Coming from note 10+ to the note 20 ultra If you watch YouTube reviews you don't need the specs here. Other than everything that's been already said here are my big takeaways 1) camera quality over the note 10+. Much better. Able to get more dynamic range. I am able to capture the moon in shots without the moon being blown out. I even was able to capture lightening which I know my note would have not captured. 2) s pen smoothness feels super sharp and 120 refresh makes it feel faster. Everything loads quickly from webpages to Instagram. Gorilla glass victus feels good so far 3) the 5g is extra on this phone. Samsung should give people the option of 5g. 5g still isn't here yet.

I did not receive my preorder on release date as it was shipped differently then the other Note20 phones. The store was great through the support and provided me the tracking to watch for the delivery outside of the auto generated updates by the website/app. The price point is my only con on this phone. The only real difference between the 512GB and the 128GB version is just the storage size. Processor/memory/phone options all remain the same. You are limited to Black only for this size option, to me this was not a big deal as I was putting a non clear case on the phone anyways. You still have the expandable memory card slot in both version. The performance is great. Battery life even when used for hours at a time will last way beyond a day with a full charge and takes just over an hour to charge from <10% to 100%. The camera is amazing. I have not shot 8K video yet, but the actual camera/zoom/function is easy, quick, crisp, clear and will really improve any photo you would like to take. Gaming is smooth and performance is amazing. There is no noticeable lag and the 120hz refresh rate is something that all phones should have! I would recommend this phone to anyone. Upgrading, switching from Apple, or looking for a phone that is packed with everything and the newest tech.

I am a Note lover. I’ve had the 3, 5, 7 - twice (kicking and screaming, they had to pry my replacement out of my hands), a regular S7 and hated it (once you have a Note, you won’t go back), but waited for the new Note. Finally, the Note 8. I skipped the 9 and was waiting for this new one. Immediately, I preordered and received it after a short wait. I use this phone for everything. Scratch notepad, grocery lists, calendar, email, pretty much my entire life. My grandkids like to draw pictures for me on it too, it’s nice to keep the (paperless) memories. Now with the 512, I can really take a lot of grandkids pictures as well as storing recipes. I also switched from my iPad for my library downloaded mp3 books to this phone since it has the space capability. It is missing the jack for wired headphones so wireless is a must. The camera is awesome. I zoomed in on a book that was in the other room, when zoomed, you can see even the smallest details on the books spine. I plan on experimenting with the photos. I plan on keeping this for quite a while, I can’t imagine what they could improve on.

So far it's great! Have had it for a couple of weeks and it's awesome. Super fast, huge screen. I don't love that you can't wake the phone by the Home button on the screen (my last phone was a Note8) but I'll eventually get used to that. I love the gestures/commands that you can do with the stylus. Still learning all the bells and whistles, but so far so good!

I upgraded from a Note 8 to this phone. It has a bigger screen. Don't notice much of aa speed difference. There aren't any 5g towers by me so I can't speak to that side of it. The screen is clear and responsive. The pen has always been the major selling point for me and it has come a long way. It feels more like a real pen than past models. The gestures features with the pen are more of a gimmick than useful. The audio is really nice. Much more of a 3D effect than previous models. It is nice without the Bixby button, and it let's you reassign the power button, but won't let you reassign it to Alexa or Google assistant so that sucks. Also it doesn't come with headphones (not that a lot of people use corded headphones anymore) but I was at least nice to think you were getting something for free given that the phone costs so much.

The Note 20 is fast. The display is nice. The S-Pen makes it a productivity powerhouse. The battery life is great. Loving my purchase.

Probably the most complete phone you can get right now in terms of features, built, camera, speed and display... I still think the price is way too high! I wouldn't buy this phone without a trade in.

In my opinion, best phone on the market, we do paranormal investigations, and this phone does awesome nightshots without the flash, all you need is a tiny bit of light, We have others wit other new smart phones, and they don't do as good, i've caught a lot of stuff with the notes. I also worked for a company that does phone repairs, samesungs are probably the best built phones. But is it over priced? Yes, just like every phone company, Samsung, Apple, and all them, they know people pay it, so they mark the price way to high.

I upgraded from a Samsung Note 9. So far, I am pleased with the new phone. The battery life exceeds my previous phone. Screen clarity and speed are excellent. No, I don't currently live in a 5G area but the phone has great reception and is really fast in 4G areas. The size is not much bigger than my Note 9. I am very pleased with the phone and its performance.

Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but the 512gb version of the Ultra is worth it when you really use a lot of memory. I would say you should be a Note user to go this high or have a purpose to utilize the different things this phone can do. Loving it so far, no complaints that are too major. The only thing that I hate, and this should be addressed via Verizon actually, but you should be able to fully block emails from sending text messages to your phone. That's annoying there's no way to stop spammin through that yet, but I'll continue to search for an option to stop that. Definitely get a great case for it, it's slippery when held without. I went with the Otter box.

Great phone! Extraordinary battery life. The S Pen is really responsive. The camera is sufficient for whatbi do; capturing little moments, photographic note pad, simple photography. The only con so far is the curved screen makes screen protectors less of an option.

This is a great phone for working people. I can create my presentations and projected in my conference rooms with ease, with the pen I can forward the slides and take notes. Works great with MS Office Professional and other tools.
