Had a couple of Motos over the years that were very well-behaved. When the last one was going out, I decided, due to the reviews and because of reputation of the cameras on Samsung, to get this model. Over the last month (since I bought it), it has been one headache after another and I am not sure why. After the last Samsung update, the speech-to-text function stopped working and I tried everything I could think of to get it back. Spent hours on Samsung chat and finally had to do a factory reset. Not happy, wish I would not have bought it. I lost a lot of data even though I did a back-up I did get speech recognition back so far on Google, but not on the Samsung keyboard. Camera quality is good though, I will give it that.
