A: Yes, the 256GB version comes with 8GB RAM, I got mine couple weeks ago, thanks.
Q: Does the dual-sim work in the USA?
A: At the moment no, I just received an update yesterday (14/1/22) to the January security update but only SIM 1 is detected still. However Samsung tell me an update is coming to enable SIM 2. Crazy that it was released without this functionality.
