I love this phone. Battery life is still amazing after owning it for over a year and a half. Camera is hands down amazing. Makes iPhone users jealous with the zoom features. I don't want to upgrade it because it's still a awesome phone. Photos are of the of a cabin across the lake and half way up the mountain. You can't even see the cabin in the picture from the lake shore. It zooms in very far. I also use the zoom feature on this camera as a spotting scope at the gun range.

My favorite phone!! Love the matte finish very fast. Great camera plus the s pen support ..i am coming from the note 20 ultra. And i love this phone and have not looked back lol most importanly. I love this color I also bought the laptop to match .

Nice phone. Fingerprint sensor not always working is an issue. My wife has same issue thiugh on her iphone 14 ultra. No rear sensor for AFIB and oxygen levels like my S8 did. A failure by Samsung here. Cameras are very good, 100x zoom allows me to take great pictures of the moon. Macro feature is also phenomenal. Battery lasts forever.

I wasn't exactly sure which type of phone to purchase when I first walked into Best Buy. I was deciding between the Google Pixel 5 and Samsung Galaxy S21. However, after talking more to the best buy associate, Taylor, I came to realize that the Galaxy S21 Ultra was tailored more for my needs. Thanks to Taylor, I realized that the Ultra existed and was capable of producing such high resolution photos, along with special features such as the director's view. That was enough to sale it for me. Although I was a little worried about how large the phone would be compared to my prior one, I do not regret the decision. Overall, I love the phone's capabilities and I'm so impressed by how well the photos turned out on my recent hike! I am so fortunate to have been helped out by Taylor in my phone selection process. Taylor was easy to talk to and provided exceptional customer service by going out of her way to answer all of my questions, as well as offer honest advice in my purchasing decision.
