This is a must buy, awesome features and the s-pen is the final touch! I will buy from best buy again.

Unfortunately upon receiving the phone for delivery, I opened it to realize the phone was damaged. I contacted the seller and they got back to me very quickly, suggesting the phone was probably heat damaged during transport. I was instructed to send it back to them and they would issue a refund. So I went to my local Best Buy and the return process took 5 minutes. Even though I don't have the phone, I'm giving this product a 2/5 strictly due to customer service, and how the situation was handled both by the seller and Best Buy.

Nice phone but i will give it a 4 star for not honoring customer choice of color i order a green and they sent me a black ...

The phone arrived in good condition, I had had this phone before and it is a great option, the Fedex updates were very good, I am very happy with my phone

I’m not stupid I ordered a samsung galaxy s22 ultra 12 gigabytes and 512 storages, they sent me 8 gigabytes memory and 512 storages, I’m very disappointed about Best Buy, because if you dont know how to check the memory they’ll scam you.

My first upgraded smart phone. I usually use run of the mill phones but decided to splurge because of the 100x zoom camera. This phone is powerful, has good battery life, takes exceptional pictures and video, and generally is a pleasure to use! I always buy phones a year or two after release due to them being much cheaper, and I am glad I waited, and glad i bought this one.

Love this phone. Amazing camera. Sleek design. Definitely my favorite.

They are still the best with their performances and patches and, as I said, they are the last curves of the Galaxy series, I really liked the S7 Edge, how fine they were and their curves well pronounced on both sides, it is a pity that they are discontinued the edges for fans.

So far so good! Been on Samsung phones since inception. They do however tend crap out after 4-5 yrs of use...plenty of time though, to save up for the new model.
